You can use roll20 . net for an lfg, its mostly used for dnd and paid gming, but you can still find players even for your own custom games (make sure to filter your players well).

Although i recommend the voice chat being through discord, you can also use it to discuss the game or handout pdfs and the like. the roll20 voice chat is not very good.

Haven't looked for players online in a long while, but if you don't mind reddit, /r/lfg worked for me decently well on a few ocassions. Or discord servers dedicated to specific games or styles
