If so, I imagine two possibilities:1. they're situated in the bureaucratic quarter like most other overseers, so the architecture matches an imperial chinese period, with a stuffy atmosphere inside as nameless grunts keep shuffling in and out of rooms and pushing endless paperwork2. they have their own station in a hotspot like the devil moon to answer quickly to incidents, and the architecture is more modern because the building keeps getting wrecked and repaired. Less staff to help out so the interior is messier, but paradoxically things are calmer than in the bureaucratic quarter, as victims in the devil moon are likely too scared of retaliation to go directly to law enforcement, and they mostly get sent their assignments from higher up in the chain, or go out to patrol like the justicefags they are

If it took place those couple years later when the rules loosened up due to war, I could see some field promotion more easily, but as is I'll blame it on the small xeno favouritism of Yoda. Now, part of that success is because he's now rather isolated from Jedi society, but it is what it is. He's learned to use spaceship repair and lightsaber practice as effective meditation tools where other Jedi techniques failed to resonate with him. Greed and wrath are inherent drawbacks. Rebel and Ostracized are from his failures to really socialize well. Tempestuous and its risks are the result of both being left in the blender together as he got older. He basically just has too much energy for his own good, and definitely would have eventually been kicked out of the temple if not for Yoda setting him straight cause, you know, Yoda's smarter than the average bear.

I counted the double Pain Recovery with the Cultivation training bonus as another 2x modifier so I'm not going going too wild with estimates on how fast Recovery Dispositions are supposed to help, but at max it should be around 160x speed, letting him hit max aura from 0 in about a minute and a half, or a small aura expenditure of 3 aura points in about a single second.>>97984640Pretty much aimed for Sacrificial Liquidation to proc Pain Recovery by constantly detonating and healing small parts of himself like teeth or eyes during battle, similar to Iori Hazenoki, since it works at will without the need for a ritual phrase. Any second of downtime between Supernovas to regenerate aura will be spent flinging out sacrificial attacks as he doesn't have anything to lose from it. For the most part every recovery modifier but the Natural Acquiescence should be achievable just by usage of his techniques over the natural course of a fight, but I was thinking of him purposefully setting the stage and performing some shock and awe by parting the clouds in the sky with a Supernova so that he can more consistently keep the effects of Nature Acquiescence up.

I think out of all the builds, he's the one that's the most "unstoppable" due to his fighting style of trying to achieve perfection, but he really isn't immortal, only very very good at not dying. It can take quite a bit to get a weapon art going as just doing something like the Time-Slipping Saber is going to be pretty middling without other stuff to back it up like Ronin's Majestic Injection, and you're also investing 10 EP into a weapon that can hold three traits. The moment you invest AP into a weapon, you're pretty much going to be a weapon guy.

Ryusei being a walking nuke is honestly just a gimmick, Shiki with Blood God Offering and Muramasa relies entirely on scaling, Senyan will never have ideal conditions to reach full potential, so my pick is one I mentioned before: Ronin.If you let him start the fight, you'll most likely lose. He's not unstoppable, but he's damn near close as you're facing a legendary warrior with a blade that'll shear through any defenses while he's searching for the perfect moment to cut you apart with a sword style known for its speed and precision, and I believe that to be the case before he even decides to use Ronin's Dead Eye. You need some insane speed to have a chance at overcoming the sheer gap of reaction time he has to process different possibilities and react to your moves, or have to have some devastatingly powerful attack which simply cannot be dodged, and said attack needs to not be parried away as well. What's even worse is that he only chooses fights he knows that he can win, and is totally okay with backing down if he thinks he can't, so you have to force the fight in your terms as much as possible. He's got as tight of a kit as can possibly be for a swordsman as he has both offense and defense covered by Majestic Injection.The only other person that has coverage comparable to that would be Nagomi, but they are lacking in the sort of "absolute" technique that Majestic Injection offers. I am judging this on a "hardest to kill with the greatest chance to kill you" scale though, meaning a truly "unbeatable" opponent like Hajun isn't considered.
There are too many throwaway builds.

Eventually worked out that it's technically possible to take all Legendary Conductions with Overpowered but the build would probably fall apart in minutes if left to stand on its own.

You just can't beat Talented for the straight forward most points and most beneficial alteration slots. Malignant alternations just don't give enough points to drawback max, and the easiest way to nab what you do need can be accomplished with a Ambivalent Alteration to do the classic Trouble Magnet + Magmatic combo on top of getting yet another Beneficial Alteration.Mutated can actually give quite a few additional points since it doesn't sacrifice too much compared to Talented, and something like Conditioned can be great for builds who really want those high level trainings plus its especially good for Pure Body builds, but Practiced is an absolute joke.
