You could play as a bikini woman character and start developing apg, a gay elf wizard that casts sparkle, or a oiled up fighter. The goal is to collect shiny gems so you can go shopping for new clothes. Its always been theatre kid stuff where players "discover" their sexuality

i liked individual elves going into dungeons. some pastime of role-playing, improv theatre, that shit was always around. LONG before wargames.i guess i blame Dragonlance and other 'story modules', then people doing silly voices who were convinced it was the norm. Gygax's rules didn't help, but he wrote a ton of useless shite nobody cares about. in the internet age, it was The Forge and then Critical Role.we all know the correct way of playing is the 'individual elves going into dungeons' mode, but the silly voice theatre kids are always convinced they're above that. they'll point out Lady Fiasco's Apocalyptic Dogyard or whatever the latest fad is. THEY just know it's the bestest, not like those 'elves in dungeon' fools! i just find it cute at this point tbqh. it's like a teenager growing his hair long: it's a phase everyone goes through.
