Warlords been like that forever, I don't know why but they think they're big enough and their product is high demand enough to compete with GW prices. I work on civil ingenieering and I had an acquaintance using data from a different country on his thesis about a drainage basin on our country just so the data fits with what he wanted to pass as true.
