I think Pariahs should be reworked into experiments for Necrons to reclaim their souls. They want to make thesmelves artificial souls, and Pariahs is early work in trying to make a robot with a soul. They set this up pretty well in the Pariah nexus lore. Basically, blanks are use blackstone and human blanks to try to recreate a psyker, but its more a less a promising but failed experiment and they have been taken on as a mix of experiment and apprentice as favored slaves.

Not bad for your first go, dunno if you're going for the box scheme but the trim looks yellow rather than gold on that photo for whatever reason. The headdress is where the yellow is used next steps would be applying a wash on the blue and the trim, then going over it again with the same paints and leaving the recesses to get a nice shade effect. Black Legion already had black so orks got shifted to Bad Moons Yellow (which also provides good contrast against Ultras) and tau got switched to white because it pops better against other armies. Though I've noticed they have started keeping a few separate schemes in reserve so they can pit any army against the big space marines chapters with it still looking good.
