Any real sci-fi nerds in here? I was running a campaign on Terra after the what? 4 different planet wide rebellions and mass purges after the great rift opened. One of Cawl’s “acolytes” is running a project to try to reintroduce water to Terra now that’s there a bunch of gaping holes in the population and actual space. How exactly do you reintroduce water to a barren world with no natural flora? Just part big ass ice meteors in the ground?

Purple or magenta with a light orange or yellow highlight and then a bold yellow glazed over it gives you real good shadows, but if you tried to like, use a yellow contrast paint over black and white it’d look like a muddy green.

Anon who was working on that pair of 1k lists to build out the armageddon box here I realised that I made a mistake and undervalued some of the Space marine stuff. I now have 3 options I'm looking at for the list. All 3 have the armageddon minis less librarian, plus scouts. This is pretty minor in the grand scheme of things, but I did just learn that vehicles can shoot all guns, and since paragon warsuits are technically vehicles, they can shoot their arm guns, their shoulder guns, and their pistols in the shooting phase. In the past, I went by the general rule that a unit can shoot all of their regular guns OR their pistols, but this only applies to infantry. Vehicles can always shoot all weapons regardless of keywords.This may be minor, but since the unit hits on 2's, gets +1 to wound, rerolls hits, and rerolls to wound, 4 more bolt pistol shots per turn can be chip damage.

The enhancement is purchased for a tyranid character model. While the unit is considered to have the character keyword in 11th, the only model with character keyword is the ravener prime. It gives the "bearer" +1 to hit and wound against the preferred target. The two ways I've seen it played by tyranid players is1. the whole unit gets +1 to hit and wound maybe because the whole unit has the character keyword and is considered the bearer of the enhancement2. the ravener prime gets +1 to hit and wound because only the prime model is the bearer of the enhancementI think #1 is wrong, but maybe I'm missing an errata or some nuance of 11th edition leader/attached unit interactions.
