Its like building a jigsaw of modern art pieces and only at the end does it look like something with no ability to change the position of anything along the way. What exactly are the rights of imperial Psykers and astroptahs? Are they the same level of “property” that a conscripted and contracted guardsman is considered to be? Are they outright second class citizens are is it more of a social discrimination than on the books? News regarding monthly miniature thing.Spoke to one of the store folks at my local about what's going on with free monthly miniatures. Apparently, it's moving on to a 'Build and Paint' sort of thing where you have to attend a 'class' on how to do a certain technique.
