They'll just take you to their chantry or umbral rape dungeon and fuck with you in any way they want. For example, if you wanted to fuck with some woof (yes, I know the troll will be drooling because of this) you could abduct them, replace most of them with machinery, brainwash them or make them a passenger in their own body before you unleash them. First, you target their normal family since they'll be least likely to defend themselves (bonus points if they're lucid enough to see but not enought o resist your MK Ultra brainwashing). You use them to do as much damage then sell them off to Pentex so they can give it's soul to the wyrm or whatever. Mages are tricky, your methods should be tailored to their paradigm. Turning a verbena into a vegetable and blasting her brain with nothing but visions of a future with no nature, smog and disease run rampant and paradox hits her just for existing. Beings who aren't part-spirit cannot learn Gifts under ordinary conditions. Things like Rank and station in Garou society is how Gifts are gatekept, but the metaphysical capacity is set by a spiritual nature. In theory if there were non-Fera beings who fit this description they could learn Gifts just the same. This is arguably what the Mockery Breeds are.Could a human sorcerer somehow graft or develop or receive or emulate this? Possibly, though I'd say that having a full template like being a proper Mage should prevent it for some reason for balance purposes.

They have a higher soul (Psyche/Hun/Ba/Etc) and a lower soul (Shadow/Po/Ka/Etc) and the unity of these two is what lets you think and exist as a psychologically stable person. Garou souls are not like they, they're basically just slightly modified spirits. If you kill a Garou they don't become a ghost, they become an Umbrood (specifically an Ancestor Spirit, which is just a disembodied Garou). So if you removed the spirit from a Garou you'd have a Garou who was without any kind of intellect, personality, or reasoning ability.So I don't think the werewolf would notice.

Nagah for example are not part of the Pact anymore (they fooled everyone they are extinct) so they have horrible time learning new Gifts that isn't their patron spirit. (Kinda like Ananasi and Ananasa)
Any reason I can't be bestowed by the spirit of John Browning himself so that weapons he designed that I use do aggravated damage to my targets while in turn makes impossible for them to fire Browning weapons at me?

The way I'm reading that is that its what I said, that the Pact is *why* spirits choose to teach Gifts but the metaphysical capacity to do so is set by the Fera's half-spirit nature. Even your Nagah example says there's nothing stopping a spirit from teaching a Nagah they just generally won't because they're outside the Pact.
