That's because ChatGPT kinda cheats with hands. To get around the old Dall-E 3 problem of too many fingers, it started using some sort of pre-rendered hands that it pastes into an image as needed and then recolors to match the scene. It's why you get odd things like gloved hands often seeming to have fingernails even as everything else about them is perfect.

If you have a character's hands doing something that prevents it from using these "stock" hands, you're right back to the same finger hallucinations that we used to see in 2023/4.

I just became conscious of "three point perspective". chatgpt has an inclination for low angle shots or subtly low angle shots. Any time you're looking UP a building irl it vanishes to a point in the sky. When you're looking FORWARD, vertical edges look mostly vertical.
Hence, tilted trees and stuff. Picrel right side, I added "eye-level perspective" to the prompt, and it ended up making the left pillar vertical. But you can see chatgpt is still confused because a lot of the pillar's horizontal lines are converging around knee level like it still wants to do low angle shots.

I think part of the problem here is that the more complex a scene becomes, the more ChatGPT will deviate from your style prompt, particularly when dealing with "painterly" styles where visible brushstrokes are intended. The effect becomes most pronounced when you have wide shots with highly detailed stuff in both foreground and background.
