When just applying the basecoats, I find the shitty synthetic brush with a hooked tip to be better and more precise for applying the paint. The hook allows me to get to round and curved surfaces much easier. Thanks dogshit local brand, you're serving me better than my sable brushes.

Tried out some of the Tone paints at my local shop today.They are alright. What I can say is that they are a bit easier to glaze and shade with, and using the medium to thin a paint down does look like a shade instead of you just throwing down a washed version of a paint.I didn't get the opportunity to test the yellows, but I had an ochre and it went on fine. One of the white colours (not sure which one) was good.It's paint. It covers thing.

It's actually quite simple. The Decree Passive states that it is illegal for the Ecclisarchy to have armed men as a standing army, so they get around that with a wording loophole by having a standing army of women. They would not accept a man into their army because it is literally illegal for them to do so, and that does not change if the man says he's actually a woman. He's still a man regardless of what he claims. It's very important, for legal reasons, that the only armed individuals under the command of the Ecchlisarchy be women. If they accepted a man, it would be viewed as them trying to get armed men under their command, which is again, illegal. An exception would not be made because it would be illegal (this is being emphasized intentionally), but also because it would be interpreted as trying to break the rules more than they already are with their stupid little wordplay to have armed women.

So, how much do imperial nobles know about the actual truth of the universe? This has always been one of the aspects that isn't clear to me. Sure, normal people aren't supposed to know about demons, and we have instances of the inquisition killing people who manage to survive demon invasions because fuck you ig(and to keep it secret ofc but still). However with the eye of terror opening, the fall of cadia and whatnot, that has to be less practical, and what with constant csm raids and the plague wars and all of that I find it impossible to believe that at least a sizable chunk of the guard and navy leadership must know a fair bit about how chaos works, so where exactly is the line drawn?
