With normal sets, you have to balance the rarity of cards around sealed/draft. It’s still a mystery if those responsible for choosing to downgrade some cards in the Zeta tought about pauper when doing it, but it happened anyway, and the format assimilated the cards very well IMO. But they REALLY need to be careful when doing something similiar in the future. At least we have the ban list to solve any overpower issues.
