Great Gallant Bandit. They won't do it because it just came out, but this card isn't good for the game longterm. Going first it gives you a Called by the Grave that uses your Normal Summon and dead cards in hand too.

ROLAD deserves a hit for sure, but if they end up killing mitsurugi AND sinful spoils this weekend, they will be cut off from literally every single generic engine they ever abused, and at that point it goes back to being a bricky mess, so shitting on them further with a griffoh/black chaos limit would be mean.
Elfnote just got hit, but i can totally see a lucina limit. Trishula and xx-saber gottoms aren't elfnote cards, but you might as well hit the handrips they'll abuse before they end up becoming a problem.

I don't want to part ways with mister negato, it has been carrying my shitty magnet warrior deck (which is significantly worse in TCG due to elf and block's ban, there are literally no good granite targets besides researcher) HARD. I would not be surprised if they do however, a complete spell lock unless you droplet with a monster/imperm it is about as gay as any generic floodgate, despite the fact that naturia beast isn't generic.

The first time I went to a locals there was this friendly guy teaching me the ropes and he played Dracotail. I didn't really know what I was doing and he kicked my ass but he answered all my questions and explained all his plays in great detail as he was making them.

Then some other lanky glasses nerd sat down at our table, saw the other guy was playing Dracotail, and exclaimed very loudly and repeatedly how boring he thought the deck was. He then proceeded to "show off" all these infinites he knew about as if we gave a single shit.

Early YGO games are the wild fucking west, i don't remember exactly which game it was, but one of them let you tribute a monster to summon a level 5/6 one, then use dark hole to wipe the field, and then summon your monster to swing directly.
Forbidden memories famously lets you summon any monster you want for free, but it comes at the heavy cost of only being able to play 1card per turn.
Duelists of the roses is some fucked up risk, chess and OCG combination.

Thats the list I am currently playing IRL.
Basically, it is a pretty easily piloted Synchro deck that wants to make Bramble and Rage Rose Witch with Garden on field to soft-floodgate the opponent and basically make your other endboard pieces (usually Arms and Crystal Wing) plants and therefore undestroyable by card effects. Usually you will get reduce their LP by a few thousand as they try to build (presuming you play first) through Bramble's burn effect. Use the monster negates from Arms and Crystal Wing to protect your stuff, then tag Bramble into OG Black Rose end-phase and nuke their board (but not yours thanks to Rage Rose) which will usually deal around 3k to them. For follow-up, use Rose Dragon to make Dis Pater and the opponent generally concedes at that point. Going second, you can afford some decent handtraps for the format (Veiler, Ogre) and nobody really suspects you to make Rose Dragon in their turn using Synchro Emergency.
The extra-deck is pretty versatile and I have seen others play stuff like Zalen, Lilyreaper and Juraishin - I'd cut the Cirle of the Fairies (I just run it because it is helpful with the plants in my sidedeck), and maybe the Moonlight and/or Blood Rose Dragon (although Moonlight is helpful because if you tag out Bramble midchain, you at least get some benefit from it rather than OG BRD which will miss timing + playing all the Rose Dragons is on brand). I play Chaos Angel to out the Yubel at my local.
The shortcomings of the deck is it is pretty inconsistent/bricky from time to time, and has to play Dragonic Warrior as another 1 card starter, which really hurts if it gets negated because it discards a card as cost to activate its effect (although high impact stuff like Ash doesn't really see much play in the format).
Creature your own sidedeck based on your locals, obviously.

Like I said, if you open an extender as well (vengeful, another Rose Dragon) you can also make Bramble Rose, but that is what the deck can do with 1 Roserose and a discard to Vengeful.
If I open a non-engine heavy hand going first game 2/3 with Cactus Bouncer or Lonefire in-hand, I often just make Circle of the Fairies and normal Bouncer, or use Lonefire to search Rosewhip but usually people do not like this.

They already took several of their toys away, directly hit two of their strongest consistency tools, and are almost certainly going to toss Dark Eradicator Warlock on that list since Beelze is there too (BOTH of them were used for Toon FTK). You can bet your ass we'll probably see Shadow Toon there too.

To ask it directly; Why should they pre-hit the new cards when the older ones are the objective problem?
