Several Metal Build/GFF Metal Composite figures still available on US P-Bandai.GFF MC Wing Gundam Zero Rebellion:https://p-bandai.com/us/item/F2785541001MB 1.5(EYES) Gundam:https://p-bandai.com/us/item/F2743601001GFF MC Char's Zaku II, High Mobility Type:https://p-bandai.com/us/item/F2802030001I read that the Zaku II that Char pilots during Gundam Origin is a High Mobility Type but with the extra verniers stripped off, is that accurate? A good looking Zaku all the same, glad to see it includes the anti-ship rifle. Passing as I already have Char's standard Zaku II and a Black Tri-Star HM Type, but a nice option for those who missed out.
Didn't feel like making a new thread? Anyone here bought from a site called kids-logic? I have no idea if it's legit.
>>11527699If they accept paypal chances are they're legit
>lancelot finally came inI would take a better pic but im just too fucking dead inside.I like how this costed me a hundred less and isnt fucking filled with qc issues of bandais lancelot that i posted about last thread.Lancelot>>>>>Lancelot

Finally got around playing with the white ninja, it only took almost half a year
>>11529988Manta ray
>>11529994
>>11529997Heavy weight
>>11530000Settled for this pose, at least until his black brother arrives. Which might take forever since there's been no update since his annoucement. I wanted to include the manta ray but it won't hold properly unless the bigger support pole is used, which was already in use by the ninja. There's support to put it parallel with the ground on the base but it wouldn't be nice as I placed him on a high shelf
>>11529452Wow this is just like my japanese robot figurines

>>11529452$350-400 easy
>>11530299>>11530300Tiny as fuck.>>11530305Only if they look like the Dspec ones.
>>11530398If that figure's even remotely close I'm out. Between shipping and tariffs the the line just isn't worth it anymore.
>>11532213>tariffs?
>>11532213Why wouldn't it be that much? Chogokin has always been expensive. And this thing is going to be huge.
>>11532213Seeya i guess. A metal build costs around that much and this well definetly cost more.
>new limited version gets an additionnal swordIt's not fair
>>11532899yeah CCS did the same shit with the mazinkaiser limited... I prefer the colors on this one too but not enough to rebuy iti will double dip for the inevitable alteisen nacht but otherwise these are too expensive for me to go in on repaints
>>11532899Looks a mess
>some kind of cool MB GM Commandohttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lMVRi2UoW_8looks great
>>11532639I quit MBs when they crossed 300 bones. Never looked back.
>>11529994Hey, how do you plug the metal rod on the Manta ray? I cannot find a a way to do it, there's no port where I can plug it
>>11535901That does look good. Shame the site isn't English. They'd make a killing off exporting those.
The plastic peg for my QanT metal build just broke and the broken piece is just stuck in its assAm I fucked here or is there superglue powerful enough to fix this
>>11539492Is that the peg for the stand? Or is that a peg on the figure itself?
>>11539506It's the connector peg
>>11539507I would take it out and use Gorilla Glue for a quick fix, but you may wanna see if you can find a replacement on Ebay or something.
>>11539508I don't think I can even take it out, there's nothing thin enough lying around for me to even try prying it outWas wondering if I could glue the rest of the broken peg back on and then pull it out after it dries but it's easy to imagine how that will go wrong
>>11539492Fuck sorry to hear that. While it does suck is the figure damaged?I rarely keep my MB in any sort of stressful angle due to the fear of that happening.
>>11539510superglue something to the peg to pull it out, or if you have a dremel, drill a tiny hole, stick some kind of metal in there and pull it out.You can sand it down and reattach it using the glue.
>>11539511No the rest is fineWell at least this particular MB isn't that rare or expensive and it isn't one of those figures that are complete ass at balancing on their own like the CCS Cybuster >>11539514The superglue isn't working and even if I buy a drill to get it out I'm not really seeing any replacements or substitutes for this particular pieceMaybe my OCD will win out and get me to buy a replacement for the entire thing or get the QanT Full Saber instead. Wonder if anyone locally would be willing to buy this MB. Though I recently splurged for a camera...
>>11539492Unbend a paperclip, heat it up with a lighter or something and jam it into the broken piece, wait for it to cool down and you'll be able to pull it out, then trim down the paperclip and you can repair the stand with the clip for added strength since superglue alone won't hold it.
>>11539510you can definitely dremel it out but I don't think I would trust any fix for the stand anons here are suggesting, MBs are way too heavy it could snap right off and go tumbling off your shelf
>>11539508>>11539511>>11539514>>11539534>>11539548Thanks for the suggestions bros. I think I'm just gonna resign here and wait until this either stops bugging me or pushes me to get a replacement. Annoyingly enough I don't think even a drill + metal rod substitute would work in this specific scenario
>>11539555>I think I'm just gonna resign here and wait until this either stops bugging me or pushes me to get a replacement. As long as it isnt damaged youre fine. It REALLY sucks but nothing you can do about it. I just wish these base connectors were made of better material since i always felt like it puts a shitton of stress onto that small peg.
>>11536757There's no part for it, you can just screw the rod directly into the part you put where the handle is stored. The small metal rod won't hold it very well
MB God Gundamhttps://hacchaka.net/archives/52124401.htmlthe antennas are huge
>>11542294I really hope we can get a master gundam to go along with this and the shining. I like the god gundam but the master is my favorite from G.
>>11539555>>11541334Update:I got it out with a pin vise though the area around the opening is slightly scuffed now.Now I just hope the part(s) I ordered off Aliexpress actually fit.
>>11542402Grats, Its only the diecast thats scuffed right?
>>11542005I just used the plastic adapter for the small manta base, it holds surprisingly well, but being plastic I am afraid it will weaken over time
>>11542414>plastic adapter for the small manta baseThat's what I meant. You should use the bigger rod to hold the manta ray, the thinner one will likely go down with time because of the weight. Not that it can't happen with the big one but it feels sturdier. You can unscrew the adapter meant for the ninja that is on the big rod out of the boxWhat do you think of it overall ?
>>11542294Did they finally put a stronger peg on the base? About time.
>>11542974I think the figure is great, althought the Moshow mechas I have are bigger, cheaper and I feel I get a lot more for my money. In any case, it's a solid figure, good articulation and the joints feel sturdy (the magnets on his feet feel very weak though). The light up gimmick is cool, even if I'm never foing to use it, and the manta touch activation really impressed me, first time I see it in a toy.
Got steel haze ortus today. The unpainted blue parts don't look as bad in person as they do on promo pics. The unpainted white parts look slightly worse though. I think it'll be fun to fool around with it, next year. My desk is full and on top of having a backlog of kits I now also have a backlog of robot figures to open, send help
>>11542999oh wow, looks like it's metal now, neat. But this will be another excuse to rerelease the Strike and Exia for the nth time.I really wish you could just buy MB bases separately
>>11542999inb4 the connectors are still weak plastic

Think I could mix and match parts from an Efreet with a Zaku? Not sure if there would be any fitting issues, mainly with the arms.
