When do you guys think that Tokyo Otaku Mods and other online retailers will resume shipments to the U.S. As it currently stands we are around 2 weeks in and the current administration has made no effort whatsoever to reverse the ending of De Minimis. Because of this, shipping services like Japan Post have halted all shipments above $100 but below $800 to the United States. Have you guys pre-ordered anything that is currently in limbo because of this situation? When do you think shipments will resume?
>>11557892I hate the wording "end of". Because I just keep thinking the negative part of it is over. Also this happened to me
>>11557898Don't care about tariffs anymore. Just want stuff to start shipping again.
>>11557944Fucking if only.
>>11557892The problem is they're waiting for a stabilizing point, like the rest of us.
>>11557892I had Figma Zelda on order at Amiami but I've heard nothing and I'm pretty sure she's in stock. So they're ghosting me.
>>11557898>not wanting /pol/ and /reddit/ hereWhat's the matter, dont want the usaid psyop spamming the board?>>11558098Sometimes amiami is just slow as fucking shit for notification.
>>11558098They've been slow about contacting people lately, it's taken me like a week to get a payment request for stuff sometimes. Although, I'm not sure what they're doing for US customers yet. I haven't had any pre-orders hit since this whole thing has started. Nin-Nin got one of my orders in but it's just On Hold for now.
Well fuck there goes my toys
>>11557898>how dare you bring up the death of toy collecting on the /toy/ boardYeah, nah, get fucked retard. Brain dead morons ruined my hobby by voting for a fucking dementia ridden baboon with spray on tan, and now you're going to hear about it until this shit is reversed or until the entire hobby dies.
>>11558098I had a shipment I paid for before de minimis ended and they said they'd send an email for updated shipping instructions but I haven't gotten anything yet. I'm wondering what the damage is going to be and if I'm going to have to basically cancel all my orders.
>>11558337I feel like this has to happen often
>>11558459usually when it happens its at sea and shit is lost for goodmost of those containers will be fine, just a hassle for the dock workers
>>11557898Just so you know, we all fucking hate you.
>>11558351fuck off Diosoth.
>>11558804No one cares about your internet boyfriend, autist.
>>11558337Jesus, this is bad in general if they can't recover what's on there.
>>11557892Just charge a percentage tax on every order like the rest of the world. It's not that complicated.
>>11557892Got my first package coming since this started. Scared to see what happens.
