You might wanna check out Animal Warriors of the Kingdom, Mattel Masters of the Universe Origins, Super7 or Mezco One:12 Collective. Maybe Neca Toony or their TMNT cartoon stuff.

forgot they even made the Flintstones too, but yeah Jada probably have the best cartoon figures at decent prices.
Your other options is Super7 which um, yeah, and NECA but they basically only do TMNT cartoon figures nowadays
