Odd question but this seems like the time/place to ask. As I kid I had the electronic Bull T-Rex toy and it came with this dude in a cage that it could swallow. Was this supposed to be a character from the movies? If not, who is it? I've been wondering for a few decades now.

God how I hated the human "good guys" in JP3.
InGen was far more likeable specially the T-Rex hunter. I wish he had his final showdown with meth T-Rex in the city.
