I buy them but I don't play with them "physically". I store them in boxes but now that I know I "have" them and could potentially grab them at any moment and interact with them I can safely imagine scenes in my head with them.Otherwise anxiety kicks in and I can't imagine scenes with toys I don't have.

Arranging the items to form a scene is the hobby. Some will go a step further and take photos.I dont think many actually play with their toys a make up scenes.
