I think they're insinuating all these brands are made by a single manufacturer. It's difficult to see what some of the brands are, but the red lines appear to represent known associated brands while white lines seem to represent suspected ties between brands. While it's true that Gobricks supplies the majority of emerging block brands, this chart gives off tinfoil hat vibes.
