I once saw a video on youtube that explained that the side stud on piece 3386 was actually slightly misaligned and would put stress on anything using both it and a similar height side stud on a different piece. Now I can't find that video. Is it true? Did Lego fix it?

Also the new fox mold is in the majority of new sets, including the $10 one. If it were Slop Wars they would have put it in the $300 set and then never put it anywhere else.
