>>11607888>>11607917I hate to break it to you sister, but they are selling those same bootleg SpinMasters at Ross, Burlington and Marshall. It's a conspiracy, I tell ya, sister!
>>116078883 mystery accessoriesA bugA box cutter razor And an RPGPerfect for Superman!
>>11608608Hes a superman who self harms. A perfect reinvention of the character to appeal to todays youth
>>11607890You think an official logo is off limits from bootleggers to slap on their products? HAHA Obviously they'll put any logos or product warnings on the packages to make them seem as authentic as possible.
>>11608762Actually, yes, it is legally. It’s infringing on the trademark. Lawyers can easily sue over just that. Which is why bootleggers generally don't do that. Or slightly alter it.
>>11607888>doesn't know what cheaper run figures for dollar chains look likelol. Do you know remember Dollar General Joes and TFs? They specifically run these for shitty chains like>>11608065>Ross, Burlington and Marshall.and Five Below. Less paint, typically the same mold but not always. Dollar General Joes were full fledged Modern Era GI Joes with limited yet clever paint apps. Put everyone else to shame.
>>11608824These are unnamed companies in china operate under the law. They don't care about a fucking logo, dude. There are notoriously hard to track down and get shut down too. Are lawyers going to sue them in china from the US? Fuck no
Jakks Pacific is the only company who actually cared and put their foot down when Sonic bootlegs showed up at places like Ross and Burlington. Within a month they had sent letters to all stores instructing them how to identify he bootlegs and to destroy them, with legal notices on the memos as well. If a store missed one that didn't get thrown away, it would throw up a warning when scanned and the cashier wasn't able to sell it to you.
>>11610061Lol who cares they lost the DC license and have nothing else going on
>>11610087they did just fine before dc and will do just fine without it. you have no toys.
Aren't these just their "value channel" figures? They're cheaper on purpose to meet the low price point.
>>11610056It’s difficult but not impossible. Large brands do pursue these cases and have teams in China doing enforcement. Many brands work with Chinese lawyers and authorities to raid factories, block exports and file infringement claims through China’s IP courts or the CNIPA. Smaller toy creators usually rely on online takedowns and customs enforcement rather than full lawsuits. Stop trying to justify your own behavoir by saying people don't get caught.
>>11610103Didn't they just get Fallout?
>>11610121No. these are bootlegs. Some other bootleg figures like the Sonic ones or some Pokemon ones literally are broken apart within the sealed package. The big brands, toy companies, and Sega/Nintendo would never allow shit that low quality to be sold. There is no such thing as toy companies intentionally using shitty quality plastics or paints to sell things at a lower cost.
>>11610126who cares if they got fallout they are responsible for paw patrol and own the etch a sketch. dc is nothing to them
>>11610128>There is no such thing as toy companies intentionally using shitty quality plastics or paints to sell things at a lower cost.True. Most of them use shitty quality plastics and paints, and still charge the same price.
