The release of WW2 Logan got me itching to make a quasi-historic WW2 display. Unfortunately, there don't seem to be many 1/12 scale figures or props that fit that aesthetic. I'm not looking for slavish historical accuracy (the new Gamerverse Nick Fury works nicely as a kind of special operative), just figures that look vaguely era-appropriate. I've looked thru all the Marvel Legends and GI Joe Classifieds, so please try to suggest figures from other toylines (new and old). Also, I'm open to any kitbashing ideas, so long as they limited to basic part swapping.

Rochobby 1/12 Willys Jeep would be a good backdrop piece, as would the Marvel Legends WWII Captain America motorcycle.
Valaverse is supposed to hit WWII next year, too.

Nice, I didn't know that. It's about time somebody made some generic WW2 soldiers.

I'd say they have been a thing for a while in 1:12 soft goods figures, but it's basically just three different companies doing Saving Private Ryan figures, with only DiD branching out into other WWII stuff.

That's a good point. I forgot to include that I don't like figures with soft goods (capes excluded). Thanks for the suggestion though.

Yeah, I figured as much, just throwing it out there.
Plan B did do WWII Call of Duty figures, but they're 20 years old at this point.

Never heard of these. Some of them look interesting, but then I saw they all sell for $100-300 and realized they’re not THAT interesting.

I have no clue what you just said. If you're going to troll, at least attempt to be comprehensible.

I just want an army of Nazis. We all do. We need to normalize talking about it so a company (probably a Jewish one) will make some Chinese children produce them then sell the product to us.

But yeah, wait for the Valaverse stuff would be my suggestion.

Speak for yourself. Unpopular opinion around here, but I hate Nazis, and I have no desire to display them anywhere. That goes for all Axis powers too. I do make exceptions for fictional fasc-ish characters like Red Skull or Hydra soldiers that are relevant to a comic-themed display. Haven’t decided if they would be included, since they would only be a small portion of a display that’s primarily Allied-focused.
