The joint fit on wism was notoriously atrocious, the knees were sometimes so tight they could torque off the shaft of the joint. The elbows would crack at the front of the arm. The wrists also commonly disintegrate for no reason. There is even a how to image floating around of how to fix the broken knee. It isn't a pretty fix.I also MUST say that the fit issues have long been fixed. By the time Lancer and Launcher came out there were very rarely ever reports of breakage beyond hamhanding.

In amongst the latest barrage of pre-orders, I've been working away at my backlog. Next up is big Styko. How are we enjoying Grande Scale? I've built Gourai and Innocentia so far and I enjoyed them. The early FAGs could be a bit fiddly to assemble but with the larger parts assembly and painting are a lot easier even if the color separation didn't improve that much.

FINALLY built W.I.S.M. Vanguard. Instead of using the stock body I used one of Muscuto's extra large bodies and some MSG parts for her armaments. I think she turned out great.My W.I.S.M. have seen better days. I had three wrists break trying to take this picture. Of course I have shit tons of spares, but it's still a bit annoying. I just had the thought... I think I'm going to use the B1R-Ms to update all four. Their heads are a bit dated at this point, but I think it would add nice individuality to the B1R-Ms.

By the way, interesting trivia about W.I.S.M. Vanguard, she is the actual 100% original Megami Device design used for the reveal of Megami Device. The only MD that could possibly predate her is the MD Arnval prototype.

They also screwed me out of some doll clothes but I waited thinking they would eventually full the order but they haven't, and it's sold out everywhere else. Now that order is just there, taunting me, until they just do a big purge of orders they have no intent of filling. Even when something comes out they have enough of, it takes them like a week to actually bill me, probably because their warehouse is so fucked they can't even receive the pallets in a timely fashion so their system can allocate the stock to people's orders. What a shitshow. Then they take weeks to ship on top of everything.

Shipping from Japan costs several arms and legs now no matter what you do for the most part. Some very light packages can be okay. ECMS is actually affordable for the most part, but barely anyone seems to use that (I'm not sure what the requirements are for it). If you're buying stuff from Japan you simply need to accept that it costs a stupid amount now almost strictly due to the shipping costs (the tariffs, assuming you're in the US, aren't eve that much. It's just a shipping cost issue). Storage time-wise, nobody compares to HLJ last I checked. HLJ is still fine for the most part, the best choice in some regards still when it comes to ordering shit from Japan. Their biggest issue right now is the change to their cancellation policy. Otherwise most things are the same as they've always been... just with higher shipping costs (which isn't unique to them).
