Opened up NECA Super Turtle and his left lower elbow will absolutely not move. I've tried heating it up but there's no give whatsoever, and if I keep going i'm going to tear the upper glove part off (though I'm sure I could just glue it back). Anyone have any ideas of what else I could try? I also put a thin blade in between the joint to see if it was stuck paint or something but that didn't seem to help.

While Playmates is loosing the license they still do have an entire year left before that happens. Their re-releases in the last year were actually fairly decent with the Sewer playset, Mutant Module, Foot Cruiser, even the last set of figures with an actually-chromed Chrome Dome figure in 2025. With such a short amount of time what is left from the original Turtles toyline you'd like to see them re-release? For figures I'd say the Warrior Winged wave just because of the rarity of it, and the Head-Droppin' Turtles out of greed because those were my favorite main Turtle figures and my main team as a kid. For vehicles the Mega Mutants are an absolute must do. The Footski is iconic so I'd like to see that, and a personal favorite of mine, the Sewer Sub.

Don't know if this is has been reported, but having gotten two copies of the McFarlane IDW Shredder (one for keeping and one for customizing), the figure itself has a consistent QC issue where his left bicep joint is literally glued together while his right bicep is perfetly fine. This is a consistent enough issue that I noticed it in various people's reviews, but no one seems to have caught on it. A shame too because the sculpt and general articulation is decent enough besides that one issue. I ought to wonder if someone high up in the manufacturing process fucked up and had to have given the okay on this.

Toy release schedules are already set over a year ahead of time. They will not be doing anything special for a surprise loss of the license with slightly over a year lead time.

Godzilla is in a holding pattern because SHM is ripping people off and Hiya has delayed tons of preorders and canceled others due to the Diamond situation, since Diamond was their US distributor and now they have to figure it all out themselves. Amazon basically threw up their hands and canceled tons of Hiya preorders.
