I picked this dude up today. It's Edgar Friendly (Dennis Leary's character) from the Demolition Man tie-in toyline, which is almost all repaints of NA figures with new heads. I was thinking even if I don't want him for my Demolition Man display, he works as a good generic background character for a New Adventures shelf. And it's not like he would stand out from having Dennis Leary, figure looks more like Charles Napier.
Good thing Dragstor is a collector's item: That thing's chest tire is a fucking safety hazard.

It was listed on the shipping bill y that came with it. They always jacked up their price for those. So the next year of Power Con exclusives after that year with the Horde hat box, Dupli Cat/Faker and Mysteries of Grayskull was this He-Man TV box and Camo Khan.
