these figures are great. The third movie made me a huge fan of Quarrich - easily the best character-you can watch these basically for him.Quaritch is like...i don't know... Like Megatron. The "bad dad"-character (if people like Optimus are good father figures Quaritch is the badass bad dad-figure)i didn't have them all but ordered them. can't wait to start collecting my little Quaritch collection - him in Mech and him on that flying bird-thing

>>116593797
>>11659390How is ol' fire squaw as a figure? Doesn't look like they nailed her crazy eyes.
toys you'd forget about in a weekthen find again in a year and wonder why you wasted money on them
>>11659380Is it bad that I kinda want this even though I've only watched the first movie and didn't care about it outside the creature/military hardware designs? She's weirdly hot.
>>11659518>Is it bad that I kinda want this toyi dont knowi assume it worked like that - you like the toy and you buy it.I have a huge transformers collection but i personally NEVER watched a G1 cartoon (and won't do that for obvious reasons-its a cheesy outdated show). i just like the designs.
>>11659515>then find again in a year and wonder why you wasted money on themwrongif a toy looks cool (and the first pic in this thread is this) you will always like having it in your collection
>>11659524The blue indians were never cool. That's why pop-culture totally forgets about these movies one week after they release.
>>11659650The story-telling and cinematics are what drive Avatar. Some of the characters are visually-interesting, but it's hard for people to bring new "iconic cool" characters after decades of Darth Vader, Optimus Prime, and others burned into our brains.
>>11659650>The blue indians were never cool.>That's why pop-culture totally forgets about these movies one week after they release.Top fucking kekincels be like "h-hold on guys :( this one will sure f-flop soon :("
>>11659380>>11659518Me too. I'm getting Suicide Squad Enchantress vibes.
>>11659393She looks like she needs a flame thrower.
>>11659660I never said they flopped. I said that they have no impact on popular culture.Prove me wrong.>>11659655There's nothing new and interesting about the story of avatar though. It's just the noble-savages meme vs the greedy industrial colonizer meme.
>>11659748>I never said they flopped. I said that they have no impact on popular culture.what a retarded take>"s-so what! >:( I-i didnt say they flopped! i s-said noboty cares!!!"Dumbass. man those incels contrarians make me really mad sometimes.
>>11659748>It's just the noble-savages meme vs the greedy industrial colonizer meme.Compared to what exactly?star wars with nazies vs rebelsor superhero slop with bag guy VS good guy?Come on man. At least this one actually looks cool as fuck
Why is this retard talking about incels over nobody caring about the blue-indians franchise?>>11659760Yes? Star-wars was an adventure movie about a kid(Luke) coming of age and finding purpose in a mythical sci-fi setting more than the backdrop of space-nazis vs rebels.Nobody cares about jake sully from Avatar because he's a shitty un-memorable character and the movie was far more about the ham-fisted message of nature conservation and noble savagery vs industrialists being bad. None of the Avatar characters are memorable at all besides the "bad guy" Quartich because he was actually kinda cool. I don't really care about cape-shit anymore but there isn't even a shadow of a doubt that capeshit has FAR more cultural-relevance than the Avatar franchise ever did. There have been articles written for years about the curious lack of cultural footprint this franchise has.
>>11659770>le~article>s-stop enjoying it!! nobory cares!! >:(didn't read lol
>>11659772Didn't read but you'll respond religiously to every single one my posts to show me how much you're malding, lmao.
>>11659518This is why I keep watching these movies. The RDA technology is top notch, the mechas, exo-suits, ships, it's fantastic. I would recommend you this last movie, between the actual human city in Pandora and this turbo hot chick it's the best of the 3. I do not give a fuck about the whales and the water Navi, though. Cameron should drop them.
>>11659775Cope
>>11659789>proved me right
>>11659784>I do not give a fuck about the whales and the water Navi, though. Cameron should drop them.I do want to see Navi being on Earth...that would be an insane twist
will they release the mech suit for 6in figure or what ?
>>11659784Swamp NaviSnow NaviDesert Navi(you can have sex with all of them)
They are pretty good, still havnt found Ash Quatrich though.

>>11659858Her underboob is surprisingly prominent in hand for a mcfarlane toy. Usually they are afraid to even make DC girls too sexy.
I saw the movie yesterday. Itself wasn't that great, to many repeating story bits from previous movies, especially from the second one. But the Ash tribe and their leader were pretty cool.I do think that this line is greatly mismanaged, we are lacking human characters. The human tech and uniforms look so good in this series. I want more than a human Quarrich.
>>11659748>le zero cultuaral relefenceironic that for a guy criticising how the franchise is uncreative he literally does not voice a single original thought in the entire review.you also fail to mention any of the aspects taht make Avatar 3 special. The great potray of masculinity. the touching family drama, the outstanding visuals and creative designs and showdown that feels well desereved, serious and stoic in a world of reddit manchildren and Self-deprecating humor.
>>11659379>>11659380>>11659383Are these at Target? Everywhere online is sold out.
>>11660565i just bought a Varang at target. Weirdly the scanner said they were sold out but there were 3 copies of her.I want a Quaritch to go with her, hoping they don't sell out around feburary
Haven’t seen the movie but saw them at Target and had to have them. They’re really cool. Actually really impressed with the McFarlane’s I’ve purchased so far (just these two and Haunt tho lol).
>>11661203Mcfarts just get memed on because they're not Japanese and not Hasbro so they make weebs and mousecucks seethe

I remember there was a ton of Avatar toys at Ollies for a while.I don't even remember seeing toys for the 2nd movie. Are these for the third movie or are they back filling across the Avatar series?
>>11661734They are for the new movie. The 2nd movie's toys are clogging up Ross right now.
