>>11660887I don't think anime SHFs have been all that bad. Dragon Ball is good, YYH has been good, Naruto has had some notorious stinkers but also some good stuff. JJK is fine. Kaiju No. 8 has been fine (as far as I know), HxH has been fine, even Bleach has been fine aside from the first Ichigo. Berserk's been pretty bad, though.

Sometimes, a series gets a really stinky team working on it, though, like Dan Da Dan.But there are no flawless anime figure distributors.Live action stuff tends to be more of a tossup, but also they've done less and less of it so they're obviously getting worse at it.

Shikamaru's pretty much the only bad figure and even that's just down to two or three misaligned face plates. Kid Sasuke's also a bit too tall. Everything else has been good to great and most figures come with 1-2 effects. Even older figures like Gaara, Lee, and Jiraiya hold up well.Agree with the rest of your post, though. It's pretty rare for a line to have more duds that hits like Berserk. Only other one that comes to mind is Dandadan.
