Got these cool guys in the mail the other day, demon spirit figures from a Chinese company KeepGoing
>>11669452>her eyeball is on her eyelidSo this is the power of NECA Quality?
Also this roman soldier from XesRay. When it was being shipped I was like shit why did I buy that. But when it arrived I was like ok this thing looks so good I might need another one from the line. The one issue is the skirt fabric limits the legs, I might even cut it up the sides.
>>11669492awesome pics, that background is great!
>>11669508Thanks dude yeah I think I'll print some more just for snapping fun shots. Just need to find decent wallpapers, and then extend the bottom so it looks like some kind of foreground.
>>11669508its ai
>>11669489Yes they anticipated it would need a slightly tipsy April and gave me that one. Haha
>>11669489No it's the power of you being a shitbag troll
Hope everyone is having a good night.
>>11670549very cool background and props, Im a bit jelly.
>>11669489They also made her skin too dark as well
>>11670539That kame house.>>11670589Why is Chester taking on all of them? XD
>>11670635because he is a shady character, but as it turns out he was just a henchman to a way shadier guy.
>>11670619No they didn't
>>11670643Darth Cerebrum is behind it all!
>>11670682not to forget the mantalorian
>>11670643>somehow, palpatine returned as a cheetah
>>11670539>>11670549Great setups anon
Escort mission to find a less dusty area on my desk.
>>11670589>>11671013Thanks. I'd like to get more backgrounds, but customs fees ballooned over the past year to the point it's absurdly expensive.
clanker spideys
Big monkey fellas
>>11671406Damn theres already a lopped off head on the mousepad, apes be chimpin out!
>>11671101yeah I get that. it's crazy how much a simple print job is. >>11671406mmm, monkey
>>11669452This year I want to do my first Metal Slug tank in 1/12 scale. Finally got a printer and done some first printing. Stuff is huge. It looks kinda dull in matte PLA desu, I want the final version to be painted, this one is made to get a sense of scale and find some areas I still need to twiddle and tweak.
>>11673071Are you the anon with the display with sand in it?Amazing progress though. How is that painted? I'm not quite understanding, it's a prototype piece?
>>11673071absolutely amazing stuff anon, keep us posted.that looks extremely clean for fulfillment too, i only dabble in resin printing myself and your making me want to get into filament. What printer you run?pic related, resin missile i printed and painted
>>11673080>Are you the anon with the display with sand in it?Yeah, it's me! I'm trying to expand that display with vehicles and buildings. >How is that painted? This one is not, it's just a bare matte PLA. I call it a prototype. The final one I'll print in grey using FDM and resin. This one is for me to see how big it is and get the mechanical stuff working. Want this to be posable. My plan is to use a lot of slide ratchets.
>>11673108Nice bomb, simple yet good looking paintjob!>What printer you run? It's Bambu Lab H2D. Matte PLA can hide a lot of imperfections. Resin is still the king when it comes for detail. This is why I want the hull to be made in FDM and all the little details like headlamps and railing done in resin. I'm curious myself how it's gonna turn out. I have plenty of digital models I want to make into a reality.
>>11673123So it's separate colored pieces put together? I actually just got this guy in the mail a few days ago, pricy but he's such a great looking dude to have sitting around. Like a funny bonus character chilling in the background to any other set of other figures.
>>11670475As a guy who clearly collects higher tier stuff as well as that Neytiri, what do you think of the Mcfarlane Avatar figs? I am pretty picky with the stuff I get I usually only get the sort of higher Chinese imports, figuarts, figma etc. sometimes I get the especially good Marvel Legends (Spiral for instance), but these Avatar figs really catch my eye, I'm just hesitant because I think most Mcfarlanes look terrible, so I have no experience with their quality level. How would you rate them?
Nta, but faces are a step above their older figures. They are good for what they are, but im waiting for a Hot toys Varang.
>>11673262Mam, they do look pretty. I gambled on Varang the other day when she briefly reappeared on Amazon, but I'm not convinced it'll actually get fulfilled with the delivery estimate being the end of January, I suspect it was some fake stock error. Wonder if they'll do any more figures.
>>11673187The face is very well done, they captured the likeness and the feline feel to it. And like you said there is some marvel legends that are above average well I would put these mcfarlane ones on the above average list.>>11673262As my bud purple Led annon said the face sells the figure, the body is lanky and well made only real downside for one of these mcfarlane avatar figures at retail would be the pegs showing at the joints. If they were not visible I would of payed retail price. As it is I waited for them to be on sale, got both of mine for 11 each at Ross. Didn't find any of the male Na'vi, but im going to try and swing by ross again to see if get lucky.
>>11673445>>11673262In asking you guys about this, it made me think about that particular feeling of getting a figger that has no right to be as good as it is. Like, when you buy a Figma or whatever, you're expecting it to be good and so your hoping your expectations are met, but when you get a lesser figure that overachieves it in some way feels even better. Best example for me has been Aloy from Spin Master, she has absolutely no business being such a well done figure and I genuinely think her face sculpts might be the best in my collection, which is mad. Have you guys got any figures like that for you? It's probably my favourite feeling in collecting.
>>11674007Definitely, when I find any above average figure its great. Also if I find it on sale. Like this Loki, I don't think pictures do it justice but that face sculpt is top notch I think i payed 13$ for it. Sometimes it might be sculpt wise or articulation or a mixture of both etc. It can also go the other way around tho like getting a high end figure and being disappointed. Haha. But yeah I got tons of Marvel legends and there is some that just stick out, same with mcfarlane but I only have a handful of those, so yes I know the feeling you are talking about.
>>11673292Hope you can get it. Its the stand out of the set in my opinion.>>11673445Agreed. Still looking for an Ash Quatrich. The EBgames near me got an influx of the old bigger figures. I picked up the crab mech and Sea Skimmer for $20 each. Tempted to get another crab mech.>>11674007Yolopark really surprised me for how cheap they are. Really fun to pose around.
>>11674593>Hope you can get it.Thanks Anon. I'm not a Transformers guy and even then, I prefer the cartoon/toy looks, but I saw a video of that Yolopark Megatron from the second Bay movie and it looks amazing. I was surprised to see he's only $65 or something, that's impressive.>>11674485Funny, that Loki's face jumped out at me a while ago when I was browsing a sale. Who did the Cliff figure? Is that a Figma?
>>11674007>Best example for me has been Aloy from Spin Master, she has absolutely no business being such a well done figure and I genuinely think her face sculpts might be the best in my collection, which is mad. That's because practically *all* the effort went into her.To your main point, that BotW Link Jakks did was better than it probably should be, and perhaps boosted a bit by the fact Max Factory fucked up the scale with the figma release.
>>11673167Printer I got has two nozzles so I do 2 colors at once + dedicated material for supports. That prisoner is great as a castaway or even a homeless lol, so a great background you have for him. It's a bummer he haven't come with his iconic undies. There are few options on Ali for those...>>11673445>>11673262This line made me start collecting action figures. I love the mechs, hoped we would get more humans to actually pilot them, but all the got is just Quaritch. Those movies have really cool designs.
>>11674719>>11673071Anon, that is gorgeous, so smooth it looks factory made. Can’t wait to see the full project, please keep us updated.
Luv me new Toobee, lads. Right in the middle of an Automata replay too, just about to start route C so I can suffer.
>>11674869I love her too friend, she's great. My only complaint is the stupid hilt piece falling off unless you flip it the other way around.
>>11674719Yeah I wish the undies had come with it instead of the fireballs to be honest. I'm never gonna play with light up stuff and don't want to have to buy batteries.I loved playing Metal Slug though I could never get further than like 4 levels without running out of lives. Still, I save scummed my way through it just so I could see all the amazing art.
>>11674719>QuaritchThat figure is insane context to McFarlane's other output. All those 5 inch BnHA, A:tla, KnY figures with 5 poa, the 6 inch 66Batman and Superfriends figures with like 10 poa, then you have this little dude with his coffee cup and double jointed elbows. I think Todd likes the Avatar movies.
>>11674690Yeah Figma. Its a nice figure. Thought about buying two more to have his skull soldiers with him but im running out of room. >>11674719>>11675093Yes sir, its funny I bought the mech when it first came out and you guys were talking about Quaritch so much i went and found him for 12 bucks. Crazy they did put some love into this figure, all those accessories. >>11674869Nice smoke effect.
some bads and baddies
>>11675379That's a nice Sakura, who made her? It's funny how so many companies are making Street Fighter figures, even doing the same characters from multiple games, but none of them are doing any of the other fighters. You'd think at least one would take the initiative and work backwards, like start with Makoto, Sakura, Dudley, R. Mika etc. and come round to the main gang later, just to fulfill an untapped market.
>>11675469NTA but it's Figuarts Sakura.
>>11675379>>11675469>>11675490Yeah that Sh Figuarts Sakura is nice. I think there is only 2 figures i really regret not getting at the time. That Sakura and Sentinel Riobot Falcon armor X. Also i think I saw that Sakura for 30ish but I had stopped collecting street fighter back then.
>>11669452First time posting, check out this stegosaurus I own
>>11675575look at him go. he gazes to the stars, perhaps in awe, perhaps knowingly.
>>11675575>>11675580Pretty cool.
>>11670549Updated pic now that I finally have Trunks to complete the scene.Wish I could get a different angle but I'll need to totally move the display for that
>>11675575That stegosaurus has the same vibes as Oh You Dog.
>>11676611>>11676612Ooh this is that model kit one? You kinda put together? Looks good. >>11676491I can see it.>>11676448I havent watched Super but I kinda want that trunks.
>>11676670
>>11676670that's a cool solid snake!
>>11676670I got a super good deal on the Trunks.I thought he looked rather ugly in promotional shots, but he looks better than those.Only thing I hate is the purple tint to him.
>>11676679I thought that was a purple light you were using. I havent seen too many shots of it promotional or otherwise, just didn't get him because I haven't watched super. We'll not the TV show, but ill get to it soon. Just re-watched Dragonball with my son and we are going trough the movies now. >>11676675Yeah I've had it for so long and its one of my favorite figures.
>>11676682The purple look is their attempt to make it look like there's a purple glow from a charged galick gun. He comes with a galick gun ball effect. They did the same with Jiren, except they did a red effect on him.
>>11676670Yolopark, yeah. Great pic with the bike.Rhinox is actually amazing. Sliding panels on his legs and arms to maximize posing and working pistons on his back. Hefty as well
>>11669452Ive scrolled past this like 30 times and I always for a split second think thats Weird Al
>>11677180Does Weird Al have a figure? He's gotta have one, right?
>>11677425Garbagetruck WreckGar Transformers Animated
>>11677425Neca made a couple.
Oh boy, my Yugi arrived. Now I can play children's card games.Crappyish pic since I set it up quick.
The heart of the cards cannot be denied!

Got Arino the other day, love him
>>11678326kek
>>11678326Fuck I want this>>11677741I was a bit inspired by the Yugi mod for Dragon Ball FighterzI wish I had a Dark Magician to go with it, but that thing is like 110 and I'm not paying that at this time.
Just a quick Pic of sexy Flanders. >>11676711Ah I see. >>11677144Oh yeah that Rhinox and cheetor look pretty cool, very tempting and thank youm.>>11677180Haha I cant un-see it now. >>11677632I like that effect piece, also you complete me, I have the Dark Magician but no Yugi.>>11678326Nice set up, made me laugh.
Thank, now let's play some shooting game anon
>>11679321
>>11677425NECA made two retro cloth figures and two Simpsons Als.
Cooler, you may be powerful...but your power is nothing next toTHE HEART OF THE CARDS
That Blokees Deathmask is really fun to messing around with
>>11671406Large ape individuals
Added a new plane to the collection. Looking forward to Max's next month.

Give me all your gold or I’ll gut you like a fish! Snarf snarf!
>>11679321>>11679323I wish more toys came with this many faces. I'd way rather than than a stand or half the accessories I have.
>>11679836>Your blue eyes white dragon might be cool, but I'm....COOLER!
>>11680238>>11680238>I will beat that motherfucker with another motherfuckerHe is nothing but time efficient.
I need to start making a little collection of these props like you guys, they look so fun.
>>11681567It is a fun hobby but can seem overwhelming at the start. What kinda scenes would you like to do?
>>11681571To be honest, I don't really have what I need yet. Aside from just the silly stuff you guys do like the little food prop scenes like the OP image, ideally I want fantasy diorama/combat scenes. I have held off on effects so far, because getting jobbers for my characters to kill is so difficult. Almost nobody just does goober figures, so you have to buy expensive proper generic dudes, like Mythic Legions or Xesray, which is slow and expensive. I have both the barbarian guys from Xesray on pre-order, but they won't be out for ages and being in the UK Mythic Legion/Savage Crucible are way more expensive here and barely supported, so it's way more challenging to get regular goons. The same applies to superhero stuff. I've only been properly collecting for a year, so it's a future idea really, I think I'll start by gradually working on my own scenery.
>>11681602nta but you sound quite similar to me. I made some diorama's which I like but after getting more figures, I realized I didn't like having them trapped in there as much (I added glass to the front). Instead I have more fun playing with stuff on my desk, changing it up. I'm thinking of building a little combat arena I can have in front of me now. And to be honest, even a printed background and floor goes a long way, you want something that's easy to stand figures on.XesRay really appeals to me because I like a realistic look, I just ordered another one of the roman guards.
>>11681602Oh and jobbers ideas. KeepGoing just put up some decent looking skeletons for preorder that aren't too expensive. Says 17cm which is similar scale to XesRay.The savage crucible Shadow Slate is also maybe a cheaper one? Expensive for me though because like you I'm not in the US.
>>11681633Man I wish I could make dioramas like this.
>>11681301It's peak combat choreography
>>11681665Anybody happen to know any good caveman or at least caveman-looking figures?I want some nice unga bunga core in my collection and while Kong is nice, but I want some human unga bunga because I have Primal in my veins recently.
>>11681652Way easier and faster than you think! I'd almost say there's only 3 things to it. - XPS foam is a great material for bases- You don't need anything more than cheap acrylic paint, water and a brush to make it look great. Paint it, giving it a drybrush with a lighter colour, then a wash with a darker one.- aliexpress has lots of cheap grass/plants for building forest/grass based dioramas, just some watered down mod podge or glue sticks it on well. they sell rolls of picrel to cover bases as well.Lighting is more work, but that was overkill on my behalf.
>>11681633Wow those looks amazing anon. About the desk thing, I have been considering getting some of those plastic handbag display boxes to put my figures in because right now they are all on my desk and I love having them at hand to just mess around with. I want a diorama just like your Egyptian one, that is beautiful. I actually don't want a big collection, I am using my little desk space as a sort of limiter, the idea of having hundreds of figures stresses me out a bit. I'm already a little bit nervous about how many I have on pre-order and, thought I'm usually super selective, I (>>11673292) really stupidly ordered all four of the new Avatar figs the other day because they have restocked on Mcfarlane, which was so rash. Actually as I am saying this and thinking about it, I am realising how stupid that was space wise.>>11681642>Expensive for me though because like you I'm not in the US.Yeah that's the real bummer, all the army builder companies are US based it seems. I did glance at those skeletons, I'll have a proper look later, thanks.
>>11681687How do you cut and shape the foam without a hotwire? Bare knife?
>>11681753Good question, I recommend a good quality craft knife like this where the blade extends out a good 10cm or so. Using a steel ruler I had no problem cutting a whole board in half with good vertical angles. Takes a few repeats cuts but you can oil the blade up slightly and it will run through it more smoothly. A hotwire machine is cool but unless you're making tons of intricate dioramas it's not needed.
>>11681815Alright thanks. I try to watch guides but literally every single one is like "buy a hot wire" and I don't really want to fuck with that.
>>11681665>>11681668I'd love for a company to make a set of generic figures of a bunch of stuff.>caveman>grey alien>hazmat suit cleanup guy>zombie>nursepicrel is D13 Toys John the Baptist, it's not quite grug enough, but a cool figure.
Glad to see everyone having fun.
>>11681834nta Did Gi Joe make a generic fireman and cop?
>>11682153yeah also a decent scuba diver
>>11681753>>11681815Simple craft knife and some sand paper can do wonders. You can try to carve out some rocks/boulders first, from XPS styrofoam, one you can find in home depot. Pic rel is a building for a diorama I carved a while ago. I'm gonna redo it, but a bit smaller, once I finish that tank. Materials are really cheap, it just needs time and patience.
>>11681602The constant disappointment I have towards Mythic Legions no longer pushing the "Legions" aspect of the line can not be understated. That said, they are supposed to start a new subline for their TTRPG that should feature cheaper figures with less gear that should hopefully help fill that gap. Sadly "cheap" these days is still about $30 a pop, but it's still better then the $45+ the fuller figures go for these days. Still will suck to be a UK buyer though, have you tried the Emporium of Cool yet? It's the one "Approved Retailer" for 4H stuff, so it should have their figures at the lowest price you can actually get em. I know nothing of the store or their quality, just that they're listed as official retail partners, so they should have at least decent service I'd imagine. >>11682153There's this company you can find on Amazon from the Figures Toy Company that seems to mostly make generic Wrestling accessories and figures. Lots of Refs, announcers, even audience members (though with very cartoonish faces), but they also make pic related. Far cheaper then the generic G.I. Joe cop and a much better representation of an actual street cop (I don't know what they were smoking with their Classified Cop's build). They'd probably be great for super villains or evil monsters to kick around. I can't speak of their quality, they honestly look kinda shit....but for cheap background characters and punching bag mooks, do you really need them to have extreme detailed paint jobs?
>>11682153>the cop comes with a coffee cupI NEED it.
>>11682450>There's this company you can find on Amazon from the Figures Toy Company that seems to mostly make generic Wrestling accessories and figures. Lots of Refs, announcers, even audience members (though with very cartoonish faces)I saw that website. Pretty neat for generic civilians if paired with already cartoony stuff.
>>11675370Todd in general seems to do way better with stuff based on movies. Why is that?
>>11682450Yeah Emporium of Cool is nice, probably the cheapest place, but the prices are still a bit too high for me because like most US import figures, they just translate $1-£1, which makes them considerably more expensive. For comparison, Captain Ironskul is £54.99/$75 vs the equivalent of $54.99/£40 for you. I understand VAT, import stuff etc. but it's just too much for me to justify, at least too much of an individual price to make a jobber force. I can get like figmas for about the same and figuarts/Chinese imports often for less, Xesray figures are like £35-40 shipped for instance. Mythic Legions have such nice paint and cloth goods, you guys get such good value with them even with the average articulation.
>>11682547I actually understated this, on FH's site you get these figures for like $38-$40, that's insanely good.
>>11682547Shit yea, that kinda sucks. I guess it balances out for US since a lot of Figma will be way more expensive then the average Legion figure. Army building is especially difficult though as no one really makes "cheap" figures these days, not even Mythic Legions, which is something the line was supposed to be based around. Someone could probably make a killing coming out with a budget line of 1:12 Orcs, Goblins and the like. Those Keep Going Skeletons are a good example as at the price they're asking, I don't care as much if they turn out to be kind of crappy.
>>11682635Totally agree, I would love that. I've seen some Chinese studios making shrimp men and things like that, but nothing classic and intentionally simplified to lower cost for army building. Anyway, I am talking too much without posting any toys, so here is my figure of the year again, sorry for the shitty quality. I love this Sylvanas. I might try and do some outdoor posing tomorrow if it isn't raining to maybe have something better for the thread.>>11680474Heh I just noticed the little pilot, do they control the arms/legs as well or is it part robot part piloted?
>>11682715I assume some automation is in the arms and legs, but its all controlled by the pilot.
>>11682715....right, thread about toys. So despite never playing WoW seriously or even liking the Warcraft franchise as a whole, that Sylvanas is super tempting. I got the NECA Heroes of The Storm one years back and she was abysmal. Looked nice in pics, but her articulation was non-existent, couldn't hold her bow properly and could barely even stand. I would kind of love to grab this one, but $80+ shipping is a big ask for a figure from a franchise I actively dislike. That said, I did get that Oak Town Not-Blood Elf and have the Not-Night Elf Rogue on pre-order, and I'm very tempted to grab the Not-Draenei mage too. I find it funny how I like WoW characters in everything OUTSIDE of WoW itself, the art style of that game is just not for me.
>>11682740So my personal only negatives are that I would have preferred her to be more blue/grey, but they were going off the Legion/BFA cinematics where she has a pinkish hue, but that was something I was fine with obviously. The bigger one is that her soft upper torso chest piece can lead to the paint cracking/flaking around the breasts if you squish it too much, I have a tiny bit that is barely noticeable unless the lighting it right or you really inspect it. I was really lucky, because I noticed I had some small paint creasing around the breast when I was changing the belly, which is under the armour anyway, but it bothered me and I contacted Gundamit who actually sent me a replacement which I have in reserve now if anything goes wrong. So just a warning if you do get her, be careful with how you flex it around her tits, I think it's because the tits are a harder plastic to the rest of the chest so it creases it.Also, some studio just teased an upcoming Sylvanas, which people are guessing is Fury Toys the guys who do those amazing Wukong figures, because they showed off a prototype years ago, so you might prefer that if this one has completely sold you.
>>11682770>sent a replacement torso pieceIs what I mean not an entire figure heh.
>>11682770Oh and this was the original prototype for what this tease might be referring to, it was from about a year and a half ago I think, so who knows.
>>11682761......did Alf die and go to heaven? >>11682777>Oh No, she's hot.jpg
>>11682422I just want to try and create some DBZ rocky diorama for my giant ass Ape Vegeta figure coming. I'd just buy backgrounds but they're too expensive now
>>11682818If they ever go on sale I'm gonna buy him some of those angel wing accessories.
A weird looking but well spoken stranger appeared. He immediately started to recite ancient prose poems in a way that touched the hearts and souls of many. The shark faction wasn't impressed.

>>11681642was going to buy bunch of this to make army but they have no other hands, so cant hold weapon or anything which is sucks>>11681668>cavemanhere you go
>>11686084Well, I suppose that IS technically what I asked for. Even has an angry face.Hm...
>>11686084Ah didn't even notice that. I ended up buying a bunch because I missed out on the Goldenaxe human skeletons. I'm ok with no weapons since I wanted some "risen from the grave" figures
>>11686464I did get these skellys though and they're relatively inexpensive if you are ok with a stylized lizardman
>>11685063I remember stumbling across instructions for creating a seamless background. It could be even faster with ChatGPT or something similar.https://www.actionfigurepics.com/2010/03/how-to-create-your-own-photo-backdrop>I show in the middle picture the area of the shot I am using for the “floor” in red. A general rule of thumb that I’ve found to work is that you want the “floor” to consist of about the bottom third of the overall background.
>>11683864nice
Haven't watched Daima and just got this Goku because it was on sale. Im happily surprised.
I cant stop messing with this guy. Can't wait until Mikey arrives.
>Who the hell uses steel balls as a weapon anyway?
>>11687810My only problem with the Daima figures is that they look a bit off next to non-Daima DB figures due to Daima's design being a bit different in color and look.
Have you ever dropped an accessory and it disappeared off the face of the earth?
>>11689519Yup.
>>11683766thank you for your kind words.
>>11688431is he playing football in his free time?
>>11689519I lost the hilt for one of Figma Deadpools Katanas looked for it for days maybe a whole week, gave up and then found it in one of my accessorie containers. Also not sure if it counts but the red crest from RX78-2 MG fell somewhere and its forever gone. So I know that pain. >>11689025I can see how that would bug some peeps. >>11689628That's what I thought too. Cool still tho.
>>11689707>Cool still tho.obviously, but is it a model kit or an action figure?
>>11689712That's LED annons picture. I don't have that Raphael but I think its a figure.
>>11689519Yep, I was changing hands on my figuarts Qui-Gon and the hand peg rocketed out. I was able to replace it though.
>>11689712Its a figure. Fully put together with a bunch of die-cast.>>11689628Maybe
>>11689707heh I just saw these on bbts recently and had to check whether yours was real or not
>>11689707The worst thing is that it has to be in my room, it just fell and even after moving everything I still can't find it
>>11690552I'm so mad, I even did a simulation with the other wrist to see how far it bounces and where it might have gone. It barely bounces and always lands near my chair
>>11690642I'm going to check the box to see if the other arms have a wrist too
resin printed out a cauldron to use as a prop, took some photos. What happened to custom general :(
>>11691255do skeletons even eat?
>>11691255>>11691256very pro photos anon, good stuff.those four horsemen skeletons are thicc ass boys, gotta be getting the calcium from somewhere
Got some stuff today
>>11692380amazing detail. are they doing the other turtles?
>>11693809All 4 turtles plus Shredder are released. Splinter, April and Krang are next. I got into the line late so I only have these 2 at the moment.
I love toys that are od characters who can shrink or are 1/1 like these katamari and microman and busboy shinki and shit
This was a real test of patience, the ball of the kusarigama is way too heavy and the hands fall because of the weight and also the scarf is kind of loose, also I'm still angry with myself because I lost of the armguards, it's in my room so I'm going to find it one day
>>11694270I don't know why I'm having such a hard time with this figure
>>11694271Pretty much all I can do with the Kusarigama, I'm out of ideas
>>11694270Ive seen people put bendable wire that tied figures packaging or a twist tie through the chain to pose weapons like that.
>>11694286I think our dear OP did that and end up breaking the weapon (i think he tied it to the scythe), the scythe is really soft and malleable but I feel it could break easily.I know I'm complaining a lot, but it's a good figure overall. Also last complain, the leg joint, one of them it's starting to pop off, now that I think so they're like those new figmas arm joints
>>11694297
>>11694297>>11694302Hey buddy, i think you got the wrong door the coomer club is two blocks down.
>>11694299The falcon talon are really fun to use
>>11694343Fuck you!
>>11694302
>>11694535kek
>>11680238>>11681665And now, a brief story:
>>11694701
>>11694702
>>11694703I just got this motherfucker today and I am so happy. I love this thing like you wouldn't believe, and I'm disappointed that there hasn't been a dedicated dinosaur thread in like, weeks now
>>11694706what dino figure is it?
>>11694801Cyberzoic Allosaurus. From the same guys as the Beasts of the Mesozoic line but this one's from their dino-riders inspired line. Not really any functional differences between the two lines, though. I got the cyberzoic one because I'm not a fan of the colors on the normal one. Honestly, still can't get over how great this guy is. He still has some of the issues I have with the other BotM figures I have. Kind of makes me forget how pissed I am that BBTS still hasn't shipped my goddamned Nanmu Doe.
>>11694815awesome. looks like a quality figure at least. I don't own any dinos but I did just order one of those Nanmu crocodiles they have for preorder. after seeing a review of their t-rex I'm tempted to get the other one as well.
>>11694838The Beasts of the Mesozoic figures are pretty good based on the few I haveThey do kind of suffer from limited ranges of articulation in places though. Legs and arms feel kind of stiff, torsos articulation is basically useless and they do some weird engineering on the necks. The older parts of their raptor line also are basically incapable of standing without a stand because of how their feet and ankles are engineered. But a lot of that comes down to them prioritizing accuracy first, articulation second, though, and I knew what I was getting into when I got rthem. . Also yeah, I already ordered on of the Nanmu Rexes myself. Seems like every other store is already sending theirs out and people are getting them. I pre-ordered mine on BBTS in december and mine still hasn't shipped yet.I definitely want one of those crocs. They're also working on their own Allosaurus now, from what I saw, based on the broken-jaw allo from the dinosaur revolution documentary, which I might have to also get when they get that finished because as a dino autist, Allo is my favorite.
Looks like this thread's on its way out, so three more pictures with a kit I bought on a whim that arrived todayManhunter R-Fossil if anyone asks and the thread dies before I see it
>>11696336You know, the whole "animal pilot" gimmick was a lot more obvious on the other little mechs in this line. I didn't know until I got it that the world's smallest fucking chameleon is supposed to be piloting this thing
>>11696340Might get more of the dudes from this line since this one was so cheap. Shame I only really like the frog on and the turtle one aside from this guy.
>>11696336>>11696340>>11696342I love seeing pics anon, that's why we're here.Lol at that last one.
>>11693878Looking great, are you getting the whole set?>>11694147Yeah I can see the appeal. >>11694299It wasn't me that it broke off of, but I remember someone's did brake with the wire trick. Also hope you find the wrist guard soon. >>11694302>>11694343Ha! It doesn't bug me, but i think it would of been a bit funnier if it was blurred out a bit. >>11696336I enjoyed your pics, keep it up. Also ill be making the new valentine's thread soon, I've been trying to think of a OP picture, I usually do deadpool and wolverine but I've been trying to think of something else this time.
