I got a 35th anniversary Metal Sonic this week after missing out on one several restocks ago. I mainly got it because it looks neat and im trying to play sonic cd but its head is just so damn big that it kinda becomes a statue with arms and legs. Im not totally bummed out by this guy since i do like him and i guess ill try to build up a small sonic collection that focuses on the 16 bit era of games. Some of these figures look like penderverse insanity to an outsider like myself, no disrespect intended or directed at anyone btw. But yeah, once you get into adventure and onwards im just completely lost on what any of these figures are.

If John Stewart wasn't the GL, someone could make the point that the way Jazz Pacific is treating the woman and minorities on this team is shitty compared to the three white characters. As it is, it's obvious they are saying Cyborg and WW are lesser DC characters, which a lot of people would probably agree with.The face looks good. I wish they hadn't used the movie outfit. You also have to remember how small 5" is compared to the giant crap Todd has shoved out, especially for the female characters where some of them were over 7" because of his incessant overuse of body parts and molds, down to the penis bulge in some of the current female figure diapers.

Is there an update to date checklist for these figures? I have some of the earlier figures, but haven't paid attention to the line in a few years and wanna see what all I've missed that I might want look for.
Feels like a slap in the face that the DC crossover figures are always well-stocked and have a nice balanced distribution compared to the main line.Like I get that this is a "special event" but it's a little frustrating that any given store will have most of the DC figures readily available and like 2 normal Sonics from previous waves dangling alone on the regular Sonic peg.
