Last thread seemed to get knocked off, so post your displays.
>>11676040Nice x-men vs brotherhood display. Ive just ordered some more risers to help me reorganize my bottom shelves.
>>11676061Always nice to see your displays.Which risers do you use? I’m actually in the market for getting some soon since I plan to upgrade some displays. Also for your stands, are you just using the SHF ones?
>>11676061Also finally got a rug for my floor. Now need to pack up and sell some more figures.
>>11676063Thanks. I dont have a specific brand of riser. Im in UK so just grab a pack every now and then off Amazon when I run out. I don't know where they all go. I think because I started double stacking them for some of the back displays. Just order pic rel.
>>11676063Also i started get these cylindrical jewelry storge units for WCF figures, but they've turned out really useful and adjustable height stacked because they dont take up much room. I even use them to lift risers higher.
>>11676063And yeah. All the stands are shf ones. Have accumulated hundreds over the years.
>>11676040Nothing's changed on my display since the last thread except more dust. I really need to get on that and dust my shit.
>>11676076Do you not have your figures behind glass?
>>11676076If you haven't got one already I highly recommend getting something like this for dusting.
>>11676079Some are behind glass, some aren't. Doesn't matter if they are or not though. The shelves get dusty regardless.
>>11676081I used compressed air for dusting figures themselves and then just a rag and some pledge/windex for the shelves themselves.
>>11676064That rug really ties the room together.
>>11676083Yeah. Thats what i mean. I used to use compressed air, but this rechargeable motorised duster has been a god send. Has different power settings and a brush end to help clean in the gaps.>>11676084Yeah. Im pleased with it. May get some others so I can switch it up every once in a while.
Currently "working" on a shark compartment, I got everything I need but I'm just too tired after work to start.>>11676061Did you ever considered putting some wallpapers behind your figures?
>>11676096I used the compressed stuff for my PC too. I'm too paranoid about shorting something to use an electric blower for that, so I may as well just stick with the air for when I clean my figs.
>>11676111You really should be fine though
>>11676613Nice photo, what kind of cabinet do you have?
>>11676615BROTTAR display from amazon
I made it my New Years resolution to keep my shelves dust free this year. It's so much but I'm gonna do it. Three or four shelves a day isn't that bad. Taking everything down and putting it back up again is such a bitch though. I did it last year for moving and it was such a nightmare and I had a bunch of other traumatizing stuff happening around that same time (my senior dog passing away, needing major surgery, other health stuff with family members) that it kind of fucked me up a little bit.
>>11676636The Brotarr cabinets are great honestly
>>11676801Are they glass enclosed shelves or are you figures out in the open?
>>11676801You can do it, anon. Sorry about your old friend and misfortunes, but it’s the small stuff that can really help keep you afloat. And it’ll be nice for you too, to see your figures nice and clean.
>>11676994Some are out in the open, some are in detolfs. Doesn't matter though, the shelves still get dusty regardless. The detolfs just don't get as dusty as quickly. >>11676996Thanks bro. 2025 was a real kick in the dick for me. I still haven't gotten over my dog, and it's been like a year now. Feelsbadman.jpg. I'm just still trucking along though.
>>11676926They're cheap as shit but they look better than the stuff I see for over a grand.
>>11676801It's a dirty job, but sometimes you gotta do it.
