>>11684243Whe Hasbro lost a lot of GI Joe and Transformers copyrights that thry let expire, they couldn't re-copyright "Jazz" and "Bazooka" (as two examples). How Hasbro was able to obtain new copyrights was to copyright them as "Autobot Jazz" and "GI Joe agent Bazooka." They can re-copyright all of the MASK stuff the same way, so if they can't get back "Switchblade" then surely they can get back "Mayhem's Venom Switchblade."
