I feel like i could save mega construx i would appeal to eastern markets by having a line based on shonen manga like fire force or JJKFor production i think they could slightly upscale the figures and diversify the body types I would want higher resolution faces which will cost more money but it will need to actually look good

Stick to their strengths instead of trying new things constantly.Jakks Pacific: Make new figures in general, and include some characters that are less popular but still well known. Do this for both Sonic and Mario, and push back with sales numbers to show those releases will be fine (probably more of an issue at Nintendo if I were to guess). And re-release harder to find figures on occasions.
