Always had this quirk since I was a little boy (in b4 weirdo fag loser) where I'd see my old dog's cute toys and feel really sad for them because they looked lonely.Fast forward. 30s, totally sane (I think), decent job loving wife who is just like me and still, I position my favorite lil guys all together so none of them are lonely or left out. It's not a toy story complex or belief they are alive, it's just a weird inner world quirk or something I have. I had to leave my laptop on to watch a stream for in game rewards one night and I sat 2 of em on my trackpad to pull an all nighter together and enjoy watching the show.Ever heard of this? It was never any gay weird or sexual 'BUT THEYRE MY BEST FRIENDS. shit, I just want them all vibin when I am. That's as far as it ever went. Always felt there was some sort of personality theory/ism behind it. But I dunno.
maybe autistic? is it only with plushieswhat about character/animals etc in video gamesidk desu man but ur interesting
>>11709569Some plushies are special and I treat them like protector spirits for my home
>>11709658ADHD but no autism. Kind of cousin brain chemistry, a bit. Imaginative? Whatever the case, it isn't like a brimming world of 100 plushies, we just have like 6 favorites (2 of in the pic) that we give little voices to and chill with on off days, but yeah, just that constant wish to always have them not lonely and vibing with each other. I'll take interesting ahaha, maybe it's not too obscure of a quirk, but having them take private adventures and stuff when I'm not there is just more fun. Its weird.
>>11709673I fuck with that heavily! A lot of plushies are more special than your average one you just wanted to collect or whatever. Maybe we lose or just leave behind that type of imagination as we age. It isn't loneliness, actually quite the opposite. We love vibin' with our poogles.
>>11709569Let me tell you something about my dad. He's a gruff sort of guy with hands like shovels. In his bedroom, there's an old chair with a small group of battered old plush toys that he seems to have come across abandoned when he's been on jobs and, I dunno, felt bad for them. It's cute; I like to imagine he gives them a little "G'night, fellas" nod of acknowledgement before he goes to sleep.
>>11709795God damn wholesome. You just never know it in someone just by looking at them. Great share. Based pops. It's beginning to sound like a shared reflex of some. I really couldn't tell you, man, it's just fun having those small moments with 'em. You're watching youtube or whatever on the tv and you turn them to watch with you. Little things and gestures that mean something to you, maybe. I forget sometimes that that is why they're made in the first place, kids or not.
