McFarlane Toys is reducing their points of articulation for new articulated figure lines like the NHL line. Your thoughts?

Even with all the joints in the world, McFarlane's stuff felt like crap to move. It's better for him at least to have less joints if it means better sculpt.

............but looking at that pic, it seems we're getting the worse of both options.

The headsculpt looks especially garish. It seems like they just put out training sculpts for new sculptors as finished products.
