>>11725843It's fixed to a point they stopped printing the stand-alone wrist joint kit. Reprints of old kits still have the problem, but you can find replacements so easily it doesn't really matter.

>>11726039If you mean the literal Tamiya bottle labelled as "ABS", then you're in for a bad time. It's more of a glue than a cement, so it doesn't melt the parts together like cement does. So it still bonds things, but not in the manner you really want for most model kit purposes. If you want cement that works really well on ABS then you need to get either Mr. Cement SP, or make your own copy (about 65% acetone, 35% MEK).
