Would you pay $60 for this action figure?
>>11741014Depends on the quality of the build, the range of articulation and the amount of accessories included. Though being McFarlane I have low hopes for any of those aspects actually making it worthwhile. But I've spent similar on other brands for quality figures and do not regret it. But I also don't give a crap about Fallout, so I guess fans would be more willing to buy whatever they could get their hands on.
>>11741014Make it an Assaultron and we'll talk.
>>11741018The fact it's a weird Nuka Cola variant makes it extremely kitsch right from the start. I don't even know if fallout fans would want it.
>>11741024I like the Nuka Cola armor so I'll get it. I skipped their last 'elite edition' since the paint wasn't very good and the Maximo BoS figure had a much nicer silver/gunmetal paint scheme
>>11741014fuck and no.
>>11741014I actually want more characters, and want them with "playset items" like a Nuka-Cola vending machine, a dog named "Dogmeat," a police robot, and other things from the games. The power armor suits are too "Warhammer" for my taste.
fuck no, mcfarlane toys aren't even worth $20
>>11741014>"protoype" shown>supposed to make people want it>sloppy paint apps everywhere, and this is supposed to be the perfect prototype used for advertisingImagine how shit the actual ones will be.
>>11741014no, if i see something i like i check to see if it's hit the clearance section occasionally
>>11741062the only playset thing we ever got, sadly
That weird long armed Benny was enough for me to write off McFarlane FO stuff entirely.
>>11741014The thing that annoys me is that the Nuka Cola Power armor was T-51, not T-60… but Todd refuses to make new molds and just sticks with reuse.
>>11741172McFarlane Not A Toys is definitely not for someone who cares about details.
I will consider buying a mcfart the day they are 6" and have pinless joints
>>11741196That really isn't the main problem with mcfarts, which is that they have so few ratchets, and those ratchets are hard rather than soft, in their joints they can barely do any natural poses. 6in would help on being less likely to fall over when in the poses they can do though
>>11741014Mcfarlane? No way in hell, not after seeing this piece of shit brickhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBGjzom-N3A
>>11741014Maybe 40 if it had a bunch of accessories and enough range to recreate in-game movement. As it is it needs a top coat finish to make it look less gummy.
>>11741172Todd hates anything that relates to the original games.
>>11741122Ah yes, the thing everyone wants to remember Fallout for, a dog penis joke.
>>11741014Yes because it looks better than the last Elite with all the same guns
>>11741042FucMarlane. aka Neca's brother
>>11741295They mean Todd McFarlane not Todd Howard lol
>>11741529They're practically the same person. Nice folksy personable delivery of shitty product.
Wait for sales on McFarlanes
>>11741020...Life-size.
>>11741014That's about what I'd expect to pay for nipslop of similar quality and much smaller size. But Fallout is gay, so no.
>>11741014No, but I would pay $150 for a quality figure of the same thing from a Japanese, Hong Kong or good third-party Chinese shop. 1000toys was going to do one at one point, but the project seems to have evaporated.
>>11741085>>11741180>>11741264>>11741071>>11741042>>11741018>Though being McFarlane I have low hopesFFS
i did get this one, love the T-60
>>11742433I suspect it doesn't articulate too well. May be wrong.
>>11742433it has nice articulation in the arms, the hands can only twist. the plates from the thighs onto the hips are a bit limiting but the ankle and knee articulation is okay.the shoulder plates can be moved to fit to various arm positions.
