>>11757591The issues for that figure (assuming we're talking about the first Guts, and not Heat of Passion) were:>loose joints (particularly in legs/feet)>gorget prone to falling off>wrist joints having no friction>knife falling off the harness easily>arm design (revoltech style) which made it more likely for the joints to split apart and lose friction/be weaker in general>satchel in the back liable to break off the peg I think all they fixed in the reissue was the wrist pegs (they gave them a mushroom) and maybe the looseness of the lower body joints and tightness of the gorget. The rest are design issues that I think are still as they always are.You could also add that his arms are too long - whether that bothers you is subjective, though.The reality is that that Guts needs a 2.0 using Golden Age Guts as a blueprint.

Casca arrived seemingly safe and sound, all the joints and stuff feel good, no signs of rape, no paint fuck ups, I don't see any issues. The figure itself is absolutely gorgeous to me, the face is beautiful, the details of the dirt and scuffs on the armour are so nicely done and she is nicely balanced. Again, the lack of faces is unfortunate, but I got her 37% off so I am super happy. I have got to say, I am not a big SHF/Bandai collector, this is only my third figure of theirs and I see quite a bit of complaining about them, especially this Berserk line, but they are some of my favourite figures I own. Their faces in particular are very impressive to me, they are very well done. Are you guys in general happy with SHF?

Armored All Might is out
Managed to get a legit Tokiyuki Hojo off Amazon of all places for £25. He's a mixed bag, he definitely looks the part even if he's oddly tall (I've only just started the anime recently so maybe this is based on his height later? I know he does some growing) and his faces are excellent, but the design kinda gets in the way of his articulation a bit. Knees and elbows especially are pretty limited. Not a bad figure though, build quality is on point and I got him for an absolute steal. Also the anime is pretty damn good so far, so there's that.

The yellow drones/funnels/bits are meant to make up for his lack of ranged weaponry but it just isn't the same. It only makes me hope they roll out G3-X and G4 as quickly as possible since they are much cooler but also because G3 is the next one they have to make first.
