>>11762930Probably because the dress up [M] body used for the grand scale doll kit is basically supposed to be Madoka (or at least match her proportions). It's less obvious from the school uniform versions but she's kinda sneaky big if the swimsuit kit is any guide. In any case, even the FAG anime was super inconsistent about Gourai's size, and heck the Kai and white Kai kits came with optional chest plates to make her bigger.
