>>11782442Even just a generic goofy caveman I'd buy.
The Sultan. I would kill for an entire line from Sultan's Game, someone like Maestro Union to do it with their ornate detailing, they would be close to my dream figures.
>>11782442
>>11782471Hadn't heard of them until recently but their Kenshiro looks impressive.>>11782487The face reminds me of Spyro so I could imagine a neca version of this.
>>11782442That period where there were a ton of caveman games was pretty strange, looking back on it.>>11782487They rebooted fucking Kao? Every shitty mascot game can get a remake these days apparently. I guess if Glover can do it why not Kao?
not action figures but still video games. battalion wars had an insane level of detail in OCs across 5 factions, really reminded me of toys with their bright colors and distinct styles behind each. I would have loved to have minis of their vehicles like this badass tank behemoth.
If you knoe you knoe
>>11782587Oh yeah accessories/vehicles and all that as well.Cool designs all of them looking at some gameplay, has that chibi metal slug look.
i can only hope that jada does street fighter 3 next, i'd love figures of the brothers and the rest of the sf3 cast
Dunno if I'd get all of them but I'd at least get Dan, Mask and Garcian
>>11782442The cartoon characters from Wheeled Warriors.
>>11782660If Figuarts Heero Yui made enough sales we just might get a Trowa Barton, anon.
I knoe.
>>11782442Bust-a-Groovethe figures would kinda need to play the music somehow, to be worth it...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aSjFwxlKdjgenjoy y'all

>>11782442Senran Kagura action figures would bankrupt meI'd be all over Ratchet & Clank figures with a variety of robot enemies. This is very niche but I'd like Ever After High action figures with action figure scale and articulation. I thought about making some customs of them but I really don't have the knowledge or skill for that.
>>11782748>Senran Kagura action figures would bankrupt mehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MAtW3UIBUAwwatergun versions please lol
>>11782592BASED!I have the English subtitled release of the original five episodes on LaserDisc. Definitely my favorite little trophy.>>11782742kek>>11782767Tried to enjoy the first 3DS game as a somewhat serious beat 'em up fan and it did not really click with me. God bless the anime tiddies, though.
Del the Ghost, as shown in the Rock the house music video.https://youtu.be/lRlmM88zzbY?si=ud1Uj2wU8Tt5FJ4e
Also Columbo, Matlock (pls not the retarded genderswap reboot), Mentalist, Suchet Poirot, Thin Man, 1960s Untouchables, Magnum P.I., 1980s Sherlock Holmes
>>11782778>Tried to enjoy the first 3DS game as a somewhat serious beat 'em up fan and it did not really click with me.The first game is the worst one in terms of gameplay with a lot of performance issues. The second one is much improved. For me the peak was when the series went to a 3D beat-em-up in Shinovi Versus.>>11782767I thought it was strange how they gave everyone plain white bikinis after such colorful designs in the other games, this was a missed opportunity. It would be cool if the figures shot water though.
>>11782800You like old tv? I bet a grizzly adams would be neat, I'd really enjoy a Theodore cleaver and some of his friends. Idk if Adam -12 got figures but that'd be a cool playset type of toy line. Like you get the cops and the car but the criminals are all in seperate playsets with a scenery piece or something.
>>11782767>>11782778>>11782805I didn't dig the 3ds game either but I liked the tits enough to get the pinball and massage parlor games. If you like squirt guns and ecchi try out gal gun or gun gun pixies, the vita has a wealth of lewd games.

>>11782660I know storm already did an Alex for SFV but I wish they'd done SFIII proportions instead
>>11782800That reminds me, I'd love an Abbott and Costello two pack. They'd go with all the Universal Monsters.
>>11783007yeah, the sfv proportions were too chunky>>11782725trowa and duo would be pretty cool
I dreamt there was an entire Nicktoons action figure line I somehow missed. And somehow, it had a highly articulated, kickass version of Tuesday X with a bunch of accessories for thirty bucks. Then I woke up and was sad.
>>11782519Yeah, but KAO was shitty before. Now he's all right. You know about Bubsy, too, right?
>>11782727Jesus Christ, YES.
>>11783006Wait till you hear about Bonk.
>>11783563Nta but didn't bubsy turn out poorly or did it even get finished? I didn't have a lot of games but one we did own was a furry mascot platformer. Idk if it's any good or not since I don't have a copy as an adult but it's clearly a very sentimental game for me.
>>11783563Glad to hear the remake gave him a glowup. As for Bubsy, I heard about the new game but I wasn't about to check it out. I don't want to find out what could pawsibly go wrong.
>>11783672>>11783720the demo suggests it's a more competent product than any of the previous games. Someone just really loved Bubsy enough to try again.
>>11783781Like many of his contemporaries, he wasn't a bad design, just an inferior game in an oversaturated market. (and didn't have established fans willing to eat shit from an anus like post-genesis Sonic)
The vehicles and robots from Disney's Motorcity
>>11782785Might work best as a plush
>>11782737I listened to that through anon. They do have great designs. I only ever played the demo but loved Heat.
>>11782785Fun fact: that design is based of the 60s movie Mister Freedom.
>>11784139Fuck yes. The fact there were no toys of the cars at least is a crime.
>>11783563>>11783720>>11783781The devs of Demon Turf apparently dreamed of working on an IP they grew up with, and when Atari came into possession of Bubsy, they reached out to them for a pitch.I hope Bubsy 4D does well and they get a chance to do a sequel. Everyone involved seemed to have a lot of fun making it, and controlling Bubsy is actually really tight and fun. I'd be down for a Bubsy figure of his new design, come to think of it.
>>11784139Such a great cartoon too. And i think all Disney cartoons suck
A SHIT ton of video game characters could have been fun figures. A bunch of them got little unpainted erasers though.
>>11782442give me some kid chameleon toys
>>11782748>I'd be all over Ratchet & Clank figures with a variety of robot enemies.Ratchet and Clank is one of the biggest offenders of "toyline happened too late and it's all based on the shitty modern characters and redesigns" for me. I don't give a single fuck about any of the toys they actually made.
I'd kill for a decent Fark.
>>11784583>>11784672Oh man, hell yeah. Jakks pacific is doing some great stuff with their world of sega and Nintendo figures so these would be a nice choice. But maybe kid chameleon could be better served with a more deluxe release with a few different helmets. Toe Jam and Earl would fun little figures.
>>11784672God I miss the WORDS WORDS WORDS style of advertisement.I miss when Sega was good, too.
>>11784672I've forgotten how old magazine ads are as long as '50's TV commercials>>11784740These toys were bad anyway, being 5poashit and with clear joints. Qwark was just a big fat snagglebeast's claw
>>11784828I know the SEGA line is hanging by a thread but I pray we get a NiGHTS before it shits downSaturn or JoD, either one would be baller.
>>11785103can add Alex Kidd and Wonderboy to that. but it's a US exclusive so I can't even order it.
>>11785103I still have no idea who NiGhts is for. It's so unsettlingly kiddy
>>11785103>>11785359For me, it's Vectorman and Ecco
>>11786357You got me interested, there is one dolphin figure out there but it's not a bottlenose
>>11786357Vectorman would be tricky given how he’s comprised of unconnected orbs. One possibility is using clear plastic ball joints between the orbs like the clear-blue ones used on the Nendo SP//DR figure.
>>11785103I believe the line is dead now, as it was too good for this world, but if by some miracle it's still alive, then I'd like to see:Alisia DragoonChakan The Forever ManSpace HarrierMore Altered Beast (Werebear and Powered-up Human)
>The second best selling comic in the world, behind only One Piece>Dozens of film, television, and video game adpatations>The only toys are Playmobil, some Smurf one inch solid piece bullshit, and five POA stuff from the 80sI want an actual, high quality Asterix line so bad.
It's not obscure by any stretch of the imagination, but can I PLEASE get an Overwatch line in six inch scale that doesn't die after two waves? And gives us D.Va's mech maybe?
>>11786723I wonder if NECA loses the TMNT license that they'll move onto more figures like these. They've got the linework comic/cartoon art down and people already own their figures in that style. I mean they're doing Ducktales. But I agree that'd be a cool one to see.
>there will never be The Head Saves the World figures
>>11786723And, unlike One Piece, it's actually good.
>>11782442Forget about obscure, I'm just dying for literally any toys of Valve game characters that aren't over a decade old and by fucking Neca.>What about the figma Atlas & P-BodyI don't have them :c And it's not the same as a full line. Gimme everyone from Portal, Half-Life, Team Fortress Classic & 2, Left 4 Dead, fuck it throw Deadlock in too, I don't know man...Utterly bizarre that Valve has absolutely zero merchandise whatsoever anymore. Shit sucks, bro.
>>11784271Mr.Freedom figure would be pretty good but that movie was never that popular.
>>11782442My boy Paul Kersey
>>11786723Me too, I'm not a real fan but I recognize Euro-Popeye as greatly toyetic. Speaking of which, I'd say Bossfight will do him justice>>11786782I just want Mei
>>11786854Figma also did Windranger and Anti-Mage I think. There was a short accompanying comic about them fighting a necromancer everyone assumed was going to be a new hero (he wasn't)
>>11786854NECA did them best, and Valve shit the bed and so those remain the best figures out there.
>>11782442These two.
>>11782800>Suchet PoirotThis would be a dream come true. You have excellent taste anon.
>>11786782I'm not a fan of Overwatch, but I did get the Lego set with her mech.

>>11788085Hey, thanks, man. I'd like to put together a team, you see.
>>11782442>What obscure characters do you wish had action figures?>Share pics if you have em.Benedict from the Last Action Hero.i said it 9000 times - i would be happy even if Funko Pop made him...even Funko Pop - the one that makes the most obscure garbage didn't make Benedict....
I want him to include a Jill Sandwich
We're actually missing a ton of even modern cartoon figures. While Marvel Legends did quite a bit of some Across The Spider Verse figures, the recent Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man doesn't have any, nor does My Adventures With Superman. Creature Commandos, and likely more. K-Pop Demon Hunters is getting something but probably not till this winter. So it's not too late for even cancelled live-action shit like Titans and Doom Patrol, since Hasbro is shitting own live action Matt and Punisher.
>>11789156What if the Paw Patrol and Doom Patrol did a Sonic x DC like toy line?
>>11789157Fuck id fucking buy the fuck out of those fuckers so fucking fast it'd make your fucking head fucking spin.
>>11782442I recently discovered Nyaromeron, a somewhat obscure gag manga author, it was disappointing to find that none of his works spawned even simple gacha figs, let alone anything major like Nendos. His most recent title was this short satirical spoof of mahou shoujo tropes (especially ones from Cardcaptor Sakura as far as I could tell), it was hilarious.
>>11789241Nyaromeron's biggest series was Bell Ring wa Kane, a 4-koma gag manga. The quirky cast would be perfect for a series of small collectible figurines. I so adore the sassy UFO cat girl in particular, one of these days I ought to commission a plush of her.https://mangadex.org/chapter/da31cb92-9c9b-474c-bbc3-20608abc9f17/1
>>11782442>What obscure characters do you wish had action figures?Uncle grandpa
>>11786915Literally HOW the fuck hasnt this one been done by now? Neca or even mcfarlane back in the day should've gotten to him. Also semi related, i still want a D-FENS figure
>>11782442A Charlie morningstar figure would be dope, bonus points if she has a removable clothes and black lingerie underneath her regular outfit like the she wore in that infamous verbal ase video
>>11782442I know mean machine angel was gonna get a great figure in the marvel toys legendary comic book heroes line but he was sadly cancelled and i still want a good figure of him still
The repulsive slob from crash box
The sexy frankenstein girls on the cover of the first MSI album
>>11789278Neat. Looks very Gorlillaz.
>>11789291That MSI album came out in 2000 which was right around the same time period the gorilaz premiered as well.
>>11783043I remember that show. I thought tuesday X was hot as a kid. I still doAlso unfortunately despite their being several nicktoons toylines over the years they typically only make the more well known characters like timmy turner or hey arnold and ignore the more obscure/better shows like rocko or zim most of the time. I would kill for a decent Jenny wakeman action figure or even something off the wall like a bessie higgenbottom figure.
Venture Brother toys that weren't made by some shitty company like Bif Pang Pow
>>11789291>>11789299Look at the signature in the corner
>>11789156It pisses me off we never got a Moon Girl Marvel Legend. And even if one comes out now, it'll likely be based on the much shittier comics than the great show.
>>11789552No one cares about your forgotten slop
So Mattel had this line for The Simpsons called World of Springfield. The gimmick was you'd put figures on playsets and they'd either play a generic quip from the show, or if they were compatible, do a scene from the show set in the location. It was an awesome idea and it was super comprehensive, seriously, they did basically every noteworthy character and location before they finally lost the license to McFarlane. They tried to replace it with a Family Guy line, but it didn't work as well.It hit me today- they SHOULD have done it with FUTURAMA. Futurama has a shitload of recognizable characters and quotable lines and fun locations. It woukd have been a perfect fit.
>>11789563Forgot my pic
>>11789560More people love it than will ever love you.
>>11789566its funny how a character known for science and making things has fans that do not learn this lesson themselves and make their own moon girl doll, guess you're just dumb and dont love her enough thank god everyone laughed at the show getting cancelled because of a transgender episode
>>11789569I meanThat's exactly what this guy did>>11789552It's an actual figure someone made. The only reason I don't do it myself is because I have no experience in sculpting.
>>11789638hahaha your woke moon girl show is cancelled and will never be relevant
>>11789569>>11789648You seem awfully salty about a cute cartoon for kids, Anon. Why is that?
>>11789656>cute cartoon for kidsyea Bluey, not the trash you keep posting. And bluey has toys on shelves, unlike moon girl
>>11789552Hasbro occasionally releases garbage from Marvel's All New All Different era. So your blacked genderbent Moon-Boy still has a chance to be made.
>>11789560sad sad aad
>>11789565These actually look decent But McFarlane never had a Simpson's license - and even if they had, they are awful with specificd and anything requiring attention to detail
>>11789657Bluey is fucking toddler shit, go fuck yourself cancer like bluey ruined modern animation
>>11789954McFarlene DID have The Simpsons license after Playmates, but as far as I know their figures were even less articulated than Playmates. They made dioramas basically, based off of scenes and episodes.
>>11789954>>11789565World of Springfield was the tits. We'll never have a line like it again. Usually with a licensed line, you have to mourn the characters that never got made, but WoS was so damn comprehensive it basically had everyone you could want. The only big holes were Maude Flanders and MAYBE Lindsey Naegle. The only potential gripe you could make would be a lack of articulation, but that's a fair tradeoff considering the talking gimmick.>>11789563Harrison Collectibles had the Futurama license until 2003, and Toynami got it shortly after until 2014. Playmates probably never had the opportunity to get it. Which is a shame, Family Guy isn't a super quotable show the way Simpsons and Futurama are so the gimmick didn't have the same impact.
>>11789315Nick has a lot of potential for some fun niche characters, but it'll probably never happen. Especially now that the company is drowning in debt and Nicktoons Studio functionally don't exist any more.
>>11790047Hahahaha
>>11790047bluey didnt get cancelled for having a transgender episode that everyone made videos about like moon girlhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S99G5oMWOGY
I still remember this guy.>>11786782I'm kind of surprised this game hasn't, afaik, been tackled by a 3rd party company>>11789315Mondo recently put up a Rocko figure set for PO
If kill for Tintin toys. I can only find really expensive static. And Moebius' characters theres toonmany to choose from. Just hire him to design an OC toyline even. Ico and Shadow of the Colossus.
>>11792069damn, random nostalgia hit>>11792071there is an odd lack of tintin toys, I did see this one on aliexpress but he's only got that expression which is a choice, no brand to search by.
>>11789157Sonic x DC is based on an act comic book crossover, I think IDW publishes, but the DC logo is on it. In fact, a new mini-series just kicked off or is about to and they are on the third wave of toys. Is there an actual Paw Patrol crossover with Doom Patrol that I am not aware of? And besides, I'm more interested in possible Titan HBO Max toys. I want an Alan Ritchson haggard old "teenage" Hawk, bearded Aqualad, dead Donna, and a Cadamus Superboy.
>>11792071>>11792078I dated someone into Tintin, there's actually a lot of merch but that was a while back so I can't remember if it was figurines or actual articulating toys. Plus it's all euro shit so some were old, tin or wood/paintedthat Ali shit looks decent but you are right - would want like 3-4 face plates of alternate expressions
>>11792069At least three different companies have tried to make Overwatch figures, Figma, Hasbro, and Funko, but they all died after one or two waves.I guess Blizzard isn't a very friendly licensee.
>>11792308>I guess Blizzard isn't a very friendly licensee.it never wasIn fact - Overwatch is their richest ip toys wise.
>>11790591I don't think anyone was trying to defend Moon Girl. Except Marvel Rivals fags I guess, now that le devil dinosaur is FOTM.
>>11792421Moon girl and devil dinosaur have been getting pushed since the secret wars or whatever it was called like a decade ago. Idk about trans or anything but marvel was pushing them well before things became the way they are now.
>>11792470Kamala gets pushed too, doesn't make her any more meritorious or organic. Miles is the only Mousevel poochie who seems to have any sort of grassroots traction.
>>11792506Yeah, I forgot about her and I agree that miles does have a more natural and real fan base. Which is crazy in a way because it's like a universal fandom for him, everyone seems to like miles.
>>11790111>Nick has a lot of potential for some fun niche characters, but it'll probably never happen. Especially now that the company is drowning in debt and Nicktoons Studio functionally don't exist any more.I know, fuck david ellison for ruining paramount and by extension killing nickelodeon too
Ecco the Dolphin and one of the Vortex drones. This would be right up Neca’s alley since they could reuse several Xenomorph parts.
Upotte crawled so Girls Frontline could walk. And all we got was a statue of Funco/FNC. The assault raifus, battle raifu onee-sans, and the SMG imoutos deserve proper action figures.
SCPs in general, but the custom pet SCP as 1:1 scale plushies would be neat.
Dark Crystal figures. Actual articulated figures, not ReAction shit.
>>11792723Someone else mentiond that, I think we need it.>>11786357>>11786378
>>11792537Nickelodeon was dead long before the Skydance merger.

Not obscure, but I will state that the DOOM demons need toys until the end of time. And not three million variants of Doomguy.
>>11782442It'll never happen in a trillion years but if someone made model kits of the Scoobees from Phantom Crash I would bankrupt myself. Fucking adored that game.>>11786854TF2 1/18 figures by JoyToy or Hiya would be awesome. Not enjoyed the game itself in years (since Valve has turned it from a fun, competent little team shooter into a barely-functional poster child for enshittification, kept alive solely by redditor brand-slaves and a cabal of tranny sexpests pumping out cosmetics for the hopelessly addicted fanbase to gamble for) but the characters are fun and they'd make good toys.
>>11796123I agree but despite being one of the biggest games during the 1990s doom surprisingly got little in the way of merch
