it took buying five (5) evil-lyns off of amazon to get one with decent paint.
My family is making fun of me for wanting to see this film.My son and my daughter have no want to see it with me. My wife doesn’t want to.My sisters and cousin don’t want to.I’m worried the film won’t get box office numbers.
>>11791048sorry anon, sounds like a real cunt of a family and you might have to barter. it feels like mattel has fought hard to make this movie a thing, maybe we'll get lucky and it will do aquaman numbers in china.
>>11791047I still don't understand why you idiots won't just go to a store to pick out exactly what your autistic heart calls forIs it the fear of being in public? The fear of being around the teaming masses of humanity?
>>11791167anon, here's a (you) and a genuine answer:My walmarts do not stock this Evil-Lyn. Otherwise, I have done exactly that with the movie figures and have a nice set with proper paint. Thank you for your concern.
>>11791048It's time to divorce your family anon. It's clear they only toloerate you since you provide income. Best to rip it off now quickly than die a slow agonizing miserable life. Plenty of geeky women out there now a days. And your young enough to restart the family and raise proper kids and not some tik tok brainrot. -Captain Seahawk.
>>11791048I'm hesitant to see the film at all. After the last decade I dont think I can stomach much more disappointment.
>>11791048Nothing this summer will do Barbie numbers. Oppenheimer was lucky with Barbie but casual people are not going to want to sit through another Nolan 3 hour movie WITHOUT the Barbie double feature. I knew idiots who bought tickets and snuck out and watched Barbie a second time or snuck into a third movie. They just wanted to CLAIM they saw both. But even Disney isn't expecting Mando to do 'normal' SW numbers. >>11791058Also, your children suckRemind your wife of this when she wants you to see something like Wicked or Wonka
>>11791021>The movie is good[x]Doubt
So anyone have a spoiler filled rundown of the movie?I found out what’s in the after credits scenes but not much of the movie.
>>11791048
>>11791048>not buying the Power Sword toy>not busting into you kid's rooms at 1:30am screaming that you have the power and beating their asses with the sword>not putting a saddle on your wife and calling her Battle Cat while you ride her through the house, striking her with the toy>not forcing them to quietly join you at the movie under threat of more sword
>>11791048My mom is as excited to see this as I am, I guess because it reminds her of when I was little
>>11791047did you send them back each time? I've heard a lot of people saying that amazon is fucking with them for sending too much stuff back.
>>11791361I will tomorrow. I've returned tons of stuff and never had an issue.
Finally got a Skel Knight. Overall decent fig for price. Really good, durable quality, especially compared to the Superman figs from Spinmasters in the same price range. I did a legswap on my boy there with a mattel batman and now he is menacing as hell. Some qc noted with his left arm feeling gummy but otherwise awesome fig.
https://youtu.be/o3PfdsZCr9Y?si=f6tCoZmexaypPZ_jScott says we're flopping He says MotU fanbase is louder than it is large, and there's not enough fans to support a movieHe knows because he ran Classics and he saw how few people were buying itHe says MotU is only even still at retail because it's been riding the coattails of actual popular brands like Turtles and Transformers to keep it on life support and it'd be dead by now otherwise He says best we can do is cult classic like Hell Comes to Frogtown or Trick or Treat
>>11791467Scott is a bizarrely vindictive asshole given how MOTU has thrived beyond his attempts to stifle it.
>>11791048>My family is making fun of me for wanting to see this film.Only the most spineless men are having children in this feminist era. Your family doesn't respect you. They know you're not a real man!
>>11791460Great pic! That custom skeletor especially feels like something people on figurerealm would have cooked up in the late 2000's
>>11791467how is this nigga still so hung up on this toyline after all these years and why do you care
>>11791467>there's not enough fans to support a movieThe movie isn't made for the fans though. If it were made for the fans, He-Man would be played by an older, more rugged MAN (not a boy), the actress playing Evil-Lyn would be playing Teela and vice versa (and the ladies would be half naked), and there would be no race swaps. The movie will bomb, but only because it was designed to bomb, because clearly they're trying to please everyone but the people that care about motu.
>>11791467>scott said the movie will flopthis means we are guaranteed a billy
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8eflK5GDCUIt's getting mostly positive reviews
>>11787842>>11787851I’m not concerned at all about the US box office because china will be huge. It will preform well in the USA either way.
>>11791559>China showing the movie with the skeleton face man in itDid that rule change or...
>>11791563well he ain't technically a ghost or dead, so...? whatever.
>>11791550Sounds optimistic. I am going in expecting a fun, good movie, so I hope I get that.>>11791048I'm sorry anon. My wife wants to go. I may be able to get my mom to go too.>>11791467Scott says a lot of stuff that doesn't come true.
>>11791563I don’t understand either but it opens June 6th there
>>11791021Warning-the movie origins spikor figure has a defect where a jutting bit of plastic on the side of the peg for the legs prevent his legs from completely connecting to his torso. If you try and jam it in it just scraps up the torso socket alot. I thought i just got a dud spikor with bad QC but i bought a second and they both had the same issue. Someone needs to alert mattel so they can fix this shit.
>>11791322Well what's in the after credits scenes?
>>11791601Heres what the messed up torso socket looks like too. I really hope they put movie spikor into the core line eventually. I really want a figure of his movie design but the core one is fucked it seems. I returned them both to target today.
>>11791573Marvel had to change Taskmasters face because of that rule though Maybe they got rid of it?
>>11791601I just see purple cock
>>11791563I dont think it changed but i do know that hollywood isnt concerned about pandering to china like they were five or six years ago. So chinas bizarre fear of spooky skeletons doesnt inhibit companies from showing cool bone bros in movies anymore.
Welp see you guys June 6th I don’t want spoilers and I hope any faggot that posts them gets permabanned
>>11791610>Marvel had to change Taskmasters face because of that rule thoughReally? I thought the Chinese skull thing was a Marxist hangup about not pretending the supernatural is still real, but you could make movies with magic set in Imperial China (likewise the Soviets hated the fantasy genre but folktale movies got funded).
That one guy was right skeletor is teelas father and panthor is actually anti eternia battle cat.
>>11791621>june 6th>MOTU movie comes out the same weekend as the amazing digital circus finale in theatersOh boy i guess im going to the cinema twice that weekend then
>>11791021>The Movie is GoodI believe!
>>11791048My dad has fond memories of He-Man so the rest of my family are actually warm to the idea of watching the movie when it comes out. Helps that I also acclimated my siblings to it back when MOTU 02 came out.
>>11791384As long as you buy more than you return, they won't fuck with you. I returned too much to Target once and they started keeping the stuff I sent to them and would not refund me. I had to contact my bank to have the charges reversed.
>>11791331I kinda want this book, there's a coloring book they put out recently that I wouldn't mind either but somehow coloring books are hipster now so idk what to expect other than a $20 price tag.. for a friggin color ring book. Negative crap aside, I'm looking forward to the merch and licensed oddities tied to the movie. Motu kinder eggs, motu captain crunch, motu hot pockets etc etc
>>11791601Where even do you buy movie origins figures? I havent seen any online.
>>11791659so far:>Spikor and He-Man currently only at target, this will probably change>Manatarms and tri-klops found at Australian target(?) and will probably pop up here soon>Beastman 100% exclusive to mattel creations>Trapjaw 100% exclusive to walmart (go fuck yourself)and then who knows where Roboto will be released.
>>11791617This is what happens every time anon has a few beers, he goes from fun and friendly to seeing throbbing, pulsing purple cocks. Completely ruined our first date with all this purple cock talk... I've still got a scar btw.
>>11791602
It’s only one sorry, extra S on there. It cuts to Evil Lyn’s cracked wand lying in the ground and it starts shaking and poof Orko pops out!
>>11791677Fuck has the spoiler tag set up changed?
>>11791677Whew, I'm glad it's not a Horde tease that will never pay off.
>>11791672>Trapjaw 100% exclusive to walmart (go fuck yourself)Christ thats gonna be impossible to get like that masterverse mer man ive wanted for months now. I pity anyone who wants that figure
>>11791680Spoiler tags aren't a thing on /toy/ it's only a thing on boards like /co/, /tv/, etcIt's because you're intended to keep discussion of those things on the appropriate boards and keep discussion on this board to toys themselves, so spoiler tags are not necessaryhere, in theory
>>11791659I got both spikors and he man from target at the beginning of may and i returned both spikors today after putting it off for a few weeks cuz of procrastination. I did get my money back on the defective origins spikor figures thank goodness.
>>11791682Wait, evil lyn was hordaks daughter in the CGI show?
>>11791602PixelDan raping Scott
>>11791701I audibly laughed out loud as i read that, thanks for the glorious mental image you gave me anon
>>11791633>panthor is actually anti eternia battle catNgl that’d be pretty sick
Does art exist of concept art of the 1980s movie Shera that was going to appear? Because I saw an interview with William Stout on YouTube BUT THE STUPID FUCKERS PUT TEXT OVER IT
>>11791701Based Dan
>>11791705I like the imagine that Spector accidentally erased himself from the timeline, thus explaining why he will NEVER get an origins toy.
>>11791715Forgot link if anyone cares. This guy hated the toy designs but his art was great and he was based for getting he designer toy royalties. https://youtu.be/mJ8gUF9o2mkSketchbook figure please. Same with Moebius' He-man concept. Come on its Moebius.
>>11791720
>>11791701
>>11791719Does scott actually own the rights to mighty spector or does mattel own the character?>>11791720>>11791722Stout is a great artist and that she ra design is fucking hot. I loved his concept art for return of the living dead too.
>>11791725Mattel owns him in every sense, but you can bet that they aren't gonna be very keen to make a toy of him. ever.
>>11791699>Wait, evil lyn was hordaks daughter in the CGI show?Yes. She never knew, which is why at one point she complains to Krass "My inner truth is bats?" about her own Havoc transformation.Unfortunately the show never mentioned who raised her before getting canceled.
"The Horde is the Platonic forms of fear. They take over Eternia. Somehow, Adam and Keldor going to Earth to find Marlena would save Eternia. Despara follows to stop them."We. Were. Robbed.
>>11791729Just out of that sweet sweet symmetry, I'm gonna assume her path mirrored Sorceress'>Teela-Na was born from Eldress, was raised by Man E Faces>Evelyn was born from Hordak, so she was raised by, oh, let's say...Stinkor .He's 100% unaccounted for in this continuity
>>11791682CGi Hordak design is so damn good>>11791731word!
Wundar in Masteverse, Evillyn in Revolution and Mighty Spectre (lol lmao) in that one comic got me wondering who else would make good Cosmic Enforcers? The clock themed Man E Faces would be neat.
>>11791733>>11791733No one told me the cgi man had such good redesigns. I'm biased for 2d though so I never got into the cartoon. Actually I didn't even know it existed until someone mentioned it here.
>>11791731>Somehow, Adam and Keldor going to EarthIt was already dog shit but at least they knew when to kill it
>>11791736He was actually in a chapter book for kids and was generally a good dude, with the exception of wanting to hunt down Mossman and use him to neutralize his stench. Zodac was also in another and his relationship to Sorceress was hinted at being much deeper...
>>11791722Hmmm...
>>11791757>AI sloppa
>>11791757congrats on coming out as a gay faggot
>>11791772wait, was this version of She-Ra a trans man? Man Im so gay now.
>>11791733>>11791731Maybe Travis will recycle their ideas for a sequel
Too be fair, Jared Leto’s best movies are ones where he either gets beaten up (Fight Club) or killed (American Psycho).
>>11791601>>11791604>guys, my figure has extra flash on itSo cut it off next time
>>11791757Doesn't really feel like She-Ra, but it's definitely cool. Tell the AI to make the boobs rounder, though.
>>11791167Motu has limited shelf space around me and most of it is old old stock. Hell some stores dont even have a section for it. I was at walmart near my oldest kids house and wanted to grab my grandson a motu figure and not even the movie stuff was there. Surprised the fuck out of me.
>>11791048Man your family kinda sucks. Every one in my family has a love of motu and is going to see this movie day one with me.
>>11791357Goddamn are you me?
>>11791167What the other anons said. Usually its onli e stores or bust. Target usually has their exclusives in stock but everything else is pure luck. Its been this way for me the past 3 years.
>>11791467
This is the weirdest post I'll ever post but the cocreator of Xenogears and Xenosaga is a massive Jared Leto in Tron Ares fan I hope she becomes a MotU fan and then somehow MotU shit sneaks into her husband's games
>>11791467Hasn't the line been thriving longer now than his entire tenure in charge of MOTUC?
>>11791048My daughter (6) is stoked and my wife hopes I enjoy it. You’re family is gay lol
>>11791048>I’m worried the film won’t get box office numbers.https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/movies/movie-news/masters-of-the-universe-first-reactions-1236599231/It should make between $20-40 opening weekend. Scary Movie may come in first, which would be problematic since Bezos has that same problem all dudes with tiny peen issues have, but if it doesn't, it should get a sequel if it makes $4-500M, which is doable. >>11791321People who didn't like MOTU and just went said it was decent - the worst thing they could say was 'not for me' but people who want this will get what they want and expectThat's not the same as saying "movie bad" or worse "movie is crap"
>>11791815Lord of War is good and I guess he gets killed in that one too.
>>11791757
>>11791904Fuck off with the AI shit
>>11791906Those are an actual well known cosplay couple, moron
>>11791904>more AI slop
>>11791909>>11791906she even does onlyfans, but it ain't that good.
>>11791904That's Rebekah Newt she has done several motu cosplay outfits
>>11791914Does she do it in the motu cosplay outfits?
>>11791919nah plus her tits are fake so it's very disappointing
>>11791922Everything about her is fake. She had face work, a tit job, and a butt job between her and then fiance's covid checks. Fake cans like these only look good in cosplay, but like shit uncovered. That one female Canadian cosplayer who also did latex work and had an OFs/Patreon like early days of those sites had the worst tit job known to man. Marie something, I want to say. Like two hard rocks slapped on the chest. Great when covered, horrible when shown off.
>>11791906>>11791912Average luddie IQ
>>11791837>I was at walmart near my oldest kids house and wanted to grab my grandson a motu figure and not even the movie stuff was there. Surprised the fuck out of me.Was it a regular WM and not a Super WM? I've found that they aren't stocking MOTU at regular WMs. Super Mario Galaxy, maybe even GOAT.. but not MOTU.
>>11791854Why Roboto specifically?
>>11791993Mighty Spectre stole his legs
I love this guy
>>11792055
>>11792057Look at this face
>>11791861Ah, but he says it's NOT thriving, it's failing actually, because we lost MCX, we lost Eternia Minis, we lost the CGI show and we even lost Masterverse, and that Origins is only still around because of crossovers enticing fans of actual popular brands to buy more Turtles and Transformers toys. Origins would be dead otherwise right now according to him.
>>11791701>"IT'S COMPARISON TIME">"No Dan, no!"
>>11791837>>11791973I was at a regular Walmart in the suburbs, they had no displays save for grogu and marioThey had old MOTU I have seen at Ross for at least 2-3 months like Faker or this, plus retro carded Transformers that almost all Target has marked down for at least a month. They did have a handful of the $10 and $20 movie toys but if I wasn't checking every aisle, I could have easily missed them and they mostly had 90% He-Man figures, no females, no swords, etc.Target definitely had better assortments last time I checked one. Surprising, since Mattel certainly has the weight and distribution to do better, but since this isn't my area, and I normally never go to Walmart, it may be that they sold out or this is an outlier. They definitely had no emptied out display, as you can at least see at a Target. That all said, they had almost no Disney crap for Toy Story either, whereas a Macy's five miles east at a mall, had a huge stand-up display at the Toys R Us inside.
>>11791886>Scary Movie may come in firstThat's so weird that they are expecting it to do well. There has only been one half decent Scary Movie sequel, and it came out back when you could take a bottle of water on a plane without getting flagged for a cavity search.
>>11792079>because we lost MCX,Still sad we couldn't even get Clawful, Jitsu, King Randor, Clamp Champ, Zodak and Anti-Eternia He-Man before the line was canceled.
>>11791918She and the man she cosplays with did She-Ra & Hordak before they were married and I thought "Dad/daughter cosplay is going to seem odd when they inevitably get married."
>>11792143Scary Movie 3 was good too
>>11792153Kidnappers are not dads, Anon
>>11791339lmao>>11791048What kind of things is your son into/how old is he? 15 and 'too old for toy stuff' or just a 10 year old faggot?(or is he a sportsball normie?)
>>11792169Don't lie
>>11791467Man I used to like his stuff because it was a nice insight into the behind the scenes of a toyline but he's legit gone crazy over the last few years, it's sad to see.
>>11792143I'm probably in the minority but Scary MoVie (5) is still my favorite. Could be because it has Ashley Tisdale as the lead.
>>117922375 is the only one I didn't laugh at at all.
>>11792238Not enough weed jokes.
>>11792143The series has a good reputation (mostly carried by the first movies). I can see it doing well.>>11792153>Hordak/She-Ra>dad/daughter???
4-pack and Slime Pit are up for pre-order. I think that makes the Horde just about complete sans Mantisaur.
>>11792262Gray is up on Matty as well. I know no one cares about that, but I don't think I'd seen it mentioned at all.$49.99, I expected worse.
>>11792264can't say I give a fuck about Grey, but I'll probably grab when he's half-off
this castle is so raw
>>11792262>sans MantisaurAnd Monstroid
>>11792264Light up feature is confirmed but no hard plastic slime for no mess play feature. I'm sure ramen toys will cook something up. I might even try the hot glue method myself.
>>11792245>???Hordak's been calling Adora/Despara as "daughter" and her referring to him as "father" since the 2013 DC comic. It's been consistent since them in any fiction with the MotU label, eg Origin's Grizzlor's mini-comic.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJSmz-zhDxEFinal trailer dropped, you can see a bit of the Sorceress now
>>11792283The castle and the mechanical battle cat warmed me up to the whole thing. It's hard not to be swept up by the hype.
Did anyone else hear about Universal Studios carrying She-Ra and MOTU merch in their stores? Man I cant imagine MOTU getting an attraction at Universal but it sure would be amazing if it happened. For a few years now I've continued to believe Studios should be retooled into an 80's nostalgia park. MOTU could be the crown jewel of that.
>>11791467>how few people were buying itWell, when you move to an all-in subscription model and allow those subscribers first whack at ordering the additional stock and the non-subscribers don't really get a chance to purchase before it sells out and some of those subscribers made multiple subscriptions, then yeah, I suppose your total number of direct customers becomes a smaller number.
>>11791731>>11791733All the toys sucked anyway. That's the only way I can cope with this terrible cancellation being a good thing
>>11792373>I am a devil, but I mean to be a godThere is a chance Leto pulls this off and doesn't sink the movie.
>>11792395Yeah, I didn't buy any toon toys, just Origins, because they were 5POA and my firstborn hadn't been born yet to test if kids like that.
>>11792385What kind of attraction would you want? Battle-Coaster?
>>11791733I wish we had managed to rally for this the way Star Trek Prodigy fans and ACME vs Coyote managed to. But then again looking at Young Justice it doesn't always work out the way you hope.
Video of a two minute drone show to advertise the movie over the skies of LA.https://x.com/DiscussingFilm/status/2056956687895212370
>>11792237I mostly liked 1, a bit of two, and three's opening with Carmen and Jenny. The trailer for three was sadly better than the movie could ever be, but I mostly wanted the slasher movie references to be the main stay instead of anything "horror" to count. The series got away from itself fast
>>11792409Honestly I'd have to think about it. I'm rally partial to dark rides, but just the same I'd want MOTU to see the same sort of dedication that Avatar and Star Wars got. Matty kept the bar so low however just about anything would be a massive upgrade. I'll settle for just about anything as long as it's not another screen simulator ride.
>>11792424I'm far from one of the older posters here but my infatuation with MOTU has been lifelong as a result of the 200X series and my mom growing up on filmation. I never thought I'd see this much fanfare for MOTU in my lifetime. It all seems so unreal even now. God I hope the movie turns a profit now.
>>11792373I'll definitely see this in theaters (as a non-MOTU fan not really interested in the toys, either), probably even a PLF screen - I might even get my ass over to a ScreenX or 4DX depending on who wants to see this with me, but this "final" international trailer was kinda 'MEH' - more like the teaser and less like the one that got me more hyped from a few months back.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MUOyRYpWHTESome really good beats and some really good scenes, but it's way too jump cut and rapid cut in chunks for my own personal taste - I either would want it to be a about a minute longer or trimmed down and be more focused and clean (like the earlier full trailer and the clips on Fandango so far). I am glad it's mostly new footage.
Boss Fight's doing a Thulsa Doom in their Conan 5.5 figure line
>>11792569And showed off a figure from wave 3 Immortal Champions: an Orc
>>11792571that's a need. they need to keep making more generic figures and I'll be buying them up.
>>11791906 This is like a guy I saw elsewhere who claimed Trump's post with the alien on Truth social was "TDS" by the person who posted it.
I'm looking at ticket sales for the movie, and every seat that's taken has been replaced with a little Skeletor. Cute!
>>11792571Hope the work out the glossy look of the plastic by the time this one releases. I need a good orc figure in origins style.
>>11792481Yeah, I hope it does well. It's doing too many things right for it to flop. People need to open their eyes.
>>11792481>and my mom growing up on filmation.Which toys did she have?
>>11792779>People need to open their eyes. This might be one of those movies people sleep on the first week and see the following weeks. It wouldn't be the first time for a movie to hit #1 a week or two after its first weekend by strong word of mouth.
>>11792571Yea, definitely have to get this one.
>>11792821disgusting, stop it
>>11792821no one wants you posting this, so why do you keep doing it?
>>11792821I want you posting this, please keep doing it.
Starve the attention whore plzNew tactic, probably same old shitstain.
>>11792810Mostly the SPOP girls but she said she thought He-man was cute. She also had a crush on Lion-O lol.>>11792779I've seen some speculation that the media is trying to sabotage the movie by constantly veering the conversation into politics. It wouldnt surprise me, but from the reviews I've seen the movie steers clear of anything like that beyond maybe the he/him gag.
The Core toys share a scale with the Lightyear toyline. I hope somebody takes advantage of that. If not with the ships and cars, then atleast the star command playsets.
>>11792922Skeletor can only enslave so many black lesbians anon
>>11792924ppfffbbbbtt
>>11792922that's actually crazy, I've got a few of those figures and the spaceship. I'll have to try it later. kinda makes me wish I had the armadillo spaceship.
>>11792933God speed, once I connected the dots I remembered pic related. Unfortunately it seems like it either never came out or nobody's selling it online. It's a shame really because it's the only Lightyear figure worth its salt beyond maybe zurg and the z-bots.
>Here's your starship eternia, bro.
would anyone happen to have some shityear figures to line up next to core class?>>11792951tell me about it. that line finally started to hit its stride with that Buzz's wave. then they got canned because every store was sitting on an ass load of unsold DEI rangers. we still got picrel however so it evens out. >>11792954you joke but that playset would be kino with He-Man and 'Neck manning it.
>>11792922Miles from Tomorrowland had really good toys which should scale with Core then
>>11792600Grogu gets Grogu heads. None of the other movies get that. Also noticed Digital Circus is so booked
>>11791842>>11791175Fair enough. I personally prefer to find things in person to take a look. But will be the first to admit - especially since it will be my first MOTU other than a few things I picked up at a clearance outlet for fodder like a Super7 Shadow Weaver - that I was stupidly confused with the movie figures I have seen in person in at both Walmart and Target. I understood one was the "kids" line for $10 bucks and one was the adult collectible for $20+ but didn't see much difference and didn't understand how those matched up with what y'all were posting here.BUT I finally saw a Chronicles at a Target tonight and plunked down my $28. I admit I was planning to buy something else, I couldn't find, and I had bullied them into taking my three month old Sonic x DC back and refunding it onto my credit card instead of fucking store credit, so I felt like celebrating. And yes, this is not my photograph, I'm too tired and too lazy to take it out of the box. But I am suitably impressed at the scale and size of it and will take some pictures once I clear and dust some space. I might go back and get the tiger.
>>11792989>Also noticed Digital Circus is so bookedThat'll backfire soon with the huge leak of the final episode and what was apparently done. Never watched the show, but /co/ and /tv/ both have threads on it.>>11792994>BUT I finally saw a Chronicles at a Target tonight and plunked down my $28.Congrats!>>11792600Nice>>11792569Going to buy the shit out of skeletons for this line when BFS lists them on Amazon. Got so many GCs to burn for some retro Conan figuresDid anyone manage to get the drink sword yet? Pics make it look massive
>>11792999>That'll backfire soon with the huge leak of the final episode and what was apparently done. Never watched the show, but /co/ and /tv/ both have threads on it.The theater experience still has value. Also might as well watch it since it's ending
>>11792600My Regal isn't doing that. I might go see it at Cinemark because their XD is a bigger screen than the Regal 4DX. I'm hugely disappointed none of these are 3D.
>>11792924I mean if they're his slaves he can leave them chained up in Snake Mountain to look at but also make any have sex with him at will, having the male lesbian fantasy rather than the reality.
>>117930093D has always been a bad way to see the movie though, at least you can SEE the picture properly at these theaters without it.
>>11792959Why mattel even bothered merchandising the characters besides zurg, his henchmen, and buzz I'll never understand. >you joke but that playset would be kino with He-Man and 'Neck manning itIt's only a half joke really. I cant deny the cool factor it has on that front. It wouldnt take much to imagine Roboto in the mix either. Plus those space cadet lightyears with the colored suits could easily be made into heroic warrior underlings. With all the tech the heroes have they'ed surely need a base like this to call their own.
Sketch Book Skeletor
>>11793229
>>11793232
>>11793229>>11793232>>11793236Im mad he doesnt have the holes in his forearms like in the original sketch but i will be purchasing this figure anyways as its awesome. When is it gonna get released and when is his street date?
>>11793232>>11793229he looks fantastic
>>11793229I might actually get this one before clearance.
>>11793229NGL I think this is a really weak entry in the line, this and He-Man are by far the least distinctive of the bunch.
>>11793341Yeah, it's just another one.At least He-Man can sorta pass as some kind of ancestor, Skeletor is literally Skeletor. But maybe Havok Staff having flail will save him.>>11793284Did you really AI-ed already existing figure?
>>11793189I like to watch some things twice, once in IMAX or 4DX and possibly 3D and the second time in a regular PLF (and possibly in 3D). I wouldn't waste my money on two 4DX viewings or two 3D viewings unless it was animated and designed for 3D - and that's pretty rare. The Coroline re-release comes to mind for this. Paranorman as well. And some movies I only watch once. I only saw the Top Gun sequel in 4DX. I did see Jurassic World just once and only in 3D but that's because it was a genuinely stupid movie. And not in the dumb fun kinda way.
>>11793284Fuck off AI fag
>>11791021>finally get masterverse merman in>proceed to spend 20 min trying to figure out why his lower elbow joint is jammed until i realize that mattel in their infinite wisdom put a nub barrier onto the lower arm part-effectively rendering that point of articulation useless Never buying another masterverse figure ever again, holy fuck i am pissed right now
>>11793439Heres another picture of what im talking about. Theirs this pointless extra but of plastic that prevents mermans lower arm from moving the way it should be. I dont know if its a bad figure i got or if they all got this issue but im so fucking angry about it.
