>>11851469>>11851470>>11851472Who even buys these? No one in these threads.
>>11851474Not everyone is poor like you
>>11851483Post your marvel hot toys with time stamp.
>>11851483I have better things to spend my money on than MCU and Rivals slop. And I don't do 1/6th because I like character variety.
Doomsday Trailer is out. What MCU figures do you want? https://youtu.be/irVNGjRFZGk
>>11851486I wouldn't want to make you feel even more like a poor piece of shit than you already do.
>>11851491ghost
>>11851492I didn't think so lol
>>11851494Hope your food stamps come in
>>11851491Weird they didn't drop this at SDCC this weekend. As for figures for this, I don't think I care enough to want figures from this. I've kinda checked out on the MCU, even the new Spider-Man isn't thrilling me, and I love Spider-Man.
>>11851498So no hot toys?
>>11851502A few, what? You can't afford any?
>>11851502Just stop responding to him, he's just looking to argue with someone because he has nothing better to do all day.
Stop talking to yourself.
>>11851507You're describing the person you just responded to
>>11851491>"TRUST ME GUYS, THIS THE BIGGEST MOST BADDEST THREAT EVAR!"
>>11851520I don't read comics, what is the story of Doom they are pulling from? I know white Doom got God powers and ripped Thanos spine out. is this that story? Or when he stole Beyonders powers? Or are those the same?
>>11851501I really just want a better yelenathankfully her costume and hair in this movie is almost exactly the same as Thunderbolts, so if they do make a figure and it does actually look like Pugh, I could just swap out the lame 2 pack one
I enjoy evil women.>>11851491James Marsden in the Jim Lee suit continues to be the only hype thing about this movie.
>>11851526those are the same story but this will probably only be loosely based on that
>>11851526The film seems to be pulling elements from those stories but is it's own thing that doesn't seem to be really based on anything directly.>>11851533I want to say he's referring to the 80s Secret Wars story when he's talking about Doom stealing the Beyonder's power. If we're being technical, and if I'm remembering correctly, he did steal the powers from the race of Beyonders in Secret Wars 2016 to become God Emperor Doom where he ripped out Thanos' spine. But that's Secret Wars 2016, he only stole the human looking Beyonder's powers is Secret Wars 1984
>>11851469>Shows off less tummy than the MLReally?
>>11851491If any of them go to Ollie's I'll check them out
>>11851552What was the last wave that even hit Ollies? I feel like that time has passed. I don't really see Legends at my local Ross anymore, I never saw all the two packs that were hitting there.
>>11851491absolutely none of them, but I'll probably watch a cam release for this one
Got the gladiator deathbird 2-pack today. The joints are surprisingly tight on gladiator. Really nice figure though. I think Frank's a bit out of his depth.
>>11851545They're probably scared online puritans will mistake her for a minor and they'll have another Ahsoka situation.

>>11851575based blue tack utilizer
>>11851575Shoot his confidence, Frank!Glad to hear that set is good though, I'm probably gonna get it soon now that I've got Lilandra and Brood Wolverine on the way.
>>11851612buy mine it's sealed
>>11851612Im tempted by that 2 pack as well. May get it on sale. Getting the shelf and villains 3 and 2 packs were good timing as they got me more weapons and effects for frank which I didn't consider at the time I got them.
>>11851529Head looks comically large
>>11851682Maybe if you register her hair her head size. Otherwise I'm not seeing it
>>11851612you buy a lot.
>>11851474Amazing, you're everyone in these threads?
>>11851697I mean, has anyone actually posted their Hot Toys in these threads? At least within the last few years?
Holy shit. Stop talking to yourself! Go touch grass.
>>11851727never seen one myself. I started getting into it but started selling them off before ever even displaying anything
Force Works USAgent came in the mail and he had a hideous paint job on the face Speckled dots and a medium sized paint scratch on the right cheek. Amazon is doing a return/replace (I hope) and this is the first time I've done one of these so what should I expect?
>>11851735They're a cool novelty and all, but unless you're super into the MCU or whatever other IPs they do, then they're not really worth the space imo. Price isn't the issue, it's how much space they take up.
>>11851740I've done a bunch of these over the years, they should just automatically approve the replacement and just send it out to you. It'll show up as a regular order on your account with a charge of $0.00 so you can track the package and what not that way. Then, depending on your selected return method, they'll send you a shipping label or QR code. Then you'll take the toy to whichever venue you selected as your drop off, I choose the UPS store since there is one right by my house, have them scan the barcode/QR code, and then they take the toy and ship it back to Amazon. You'll need to return the toy and it's original package, I usually return the boxed figure back in the original shipping box Amazon sent me if I still have one, UPS doesn't even require me to tape it up and once I returned something to a Whole Foods and they didn't even require a shipping box. Really, I've never had an issue doing this and usually get the replacement figure before I even have a chance to drop the bad one off. You shouldn't have problems.
>>11851741As opposed to..a Galactus, Sentinel, Giant Man, etc?
>>11851741And the fact they can't pose for shit.
>>11851748I mean, in my case, the main reason I skipped Galactus was because I don't have the space for such a large toy. Cool as it may be. I did get the 97 Sentinel and managed to find a decent place for it, but it's also a good deal smaller. For Hot Toys, if I were to get an entire collection of what I liked, it would take over my entire display space, and I have a whole room in my house dedicated to my toys.>>11851753This too, I'd be afraid of ruining the outfits if I were to pose them too much.
>>11851526It's a mix of elements from the Incursion plots prior to that "Secret Wars" (but not the original) story with some force AvX elements to justify completely killing them off to merge them into the MCU via a full reboot after the next movie. There's no Illuminati or even an actual connection to Reed Richards whatsoever.
>>11851575>>11851622No one cares, ben.
I'm trying to round up my collection of 3.75 Marvel figures, and I'm looking for a stand-in for Kingpin, as, as far as I know, there never was one released in the line. Does anyone know if a figure from a different line could pass as a Kingpin with relative compatible size/style ?
When is that target exclusive final swing Spiderman figure dropping, I don't wanna miss out on it.
>>11851772No word yet. I actually am gonna grab it as well, I broke my original one because the hips were tight and I was a ham hands.
>>11851520The constant swill of toy releases, the chatter about exclusives and drop times. It is also something that has become so tiresome. I look for lines I can drop just to take it off my mental plate.
>>11851741agree>>11851748i got rid of those too, i never even unboxed my sentinel i'm just waiting for Pulse to sell out before I post mine. They already increased MSRP over my initial pre-order so that's nice at least.
>>11851769can't help you with Kingpin but I'll work out a deal with you on the batch that I do have
>>11851776>They already increased MSRP over my initial pre-order so that's nice at least. This is how beaten down collectors are now by the corporations. They view it as nice that the price increased after they got their preorder in as if that somehow means they got a good deal. As if the price for this product going up will not impact future products they will want to buy from the same company.
>>11851775Really? If you're stressing about buying toys I feel bad for you. Just set a reminder on your phone and don't forget. Only time I really have trouble getting figures is if I order something from Amiami on Bandai night, which I just don't do anymore, I wait for other sites to get whatever it is I'm going for, and Target Exclusives. I have a track record of like 50/50 of getting Target Exclusives.>>11851780Stop being such an overly dramatic woman.
>>11851780but I don't really want any future products
Jada's $30 scooby-doo toy line have butterfly joints, waist ball joints, and toe joints on top of using new body mold and yet Hasbro couldn't do the same for the new Rivals molds. You'd think Rivals being a one-time mold they would give Spiderman the best articulation possible
>>11851778What do you have ?
>>11851786No one cares anti Hasbrony. Here's your (You)
>>11851786Wait for the inevitable figuarts for Marvel Rivals.
>>11851786You're not going to convince anyone to stop buying Hasbro products this way lil guy.
>>11851773I bought the og nwh final swing fig and had to boil it like 5 times for it's joints to loosen up, and then I had to use an exact knife to trim off some plastic on his legs so they wouldn't snap off. He's pretty posable now but holy shit I shouldn't have to do all that just so I could move his arms and legs. that fig had like zero QC
>>11851825I was able to get one of his legs to freely move without issue, but the other hip joint snapped on me as I tried working the leg free. It was a gift, so not a huge loss, but still, annoying.
>>11851786Looks like shit, can't even come out on time. Go away.
>>11851854Because they have neck and toe joints while being cheaper than a Marvel Legends that reuses 99% of the body?
>>11851868Again, you're not convincing anyone to stop buying MLs this way. I don't know what you're hoping to accomplish here.
>>11851787not a ton, this bin is mostly star wars but there's good stuff. Gambit, Spider-Man, Cyclops, Iron Man, Cap....Got some DC too if you wanna fit those in. This bins at the very bottom of my list, the only one I've actually listed is a Punisher and he never moved so I'll accept the reality that no one actually wants these at this point.
Better late than never to get the old band back together. Had the toughest time finding Maverick, I accidentally tossed him in my Avengers tub, Only found him because I was looking for another figure
>>11851892>>11851787
>>11851868Toe joints suck. You've lost.
>>11851892>>11851898tree fiddy
>>11851786But its scooby doo so its irrelevant. thats the problem with making good figures. if they are of the wrong thing, it doesn't matter at all.
>>11851868I would rather suck hasbro ceo Chris Cock's cock than buy jada.
>>11851902This. If I want Scooby Ooo figures, I'd get them. But I don't care enough about Scooby Doo to drop $150 on the main gang while having to wait half a decade just to finish off the main five.
So at no time is he wearing this costume in the movie right? This is just Hasbro using the movie as an excuse to make a classic Boomerang?
>>11851913Yes. What do you think of his Boomerang nipples?
>>11851913it's timed with the movie obviously but it's not relatedif there is going to be a full Brand New Day wave, or at least more figures, they'll announce them for SDCC probably
>>11851795im not paying $100 for niguarts lol. blokees already gave a better-than-bandai quality for $15
>>11851922Delusional.
>>11851922I'm convince that those who own blokees don't actually play with their figs or they'd know how fragile model kits are compared to action figs.
>>11851913Honestly this is a great approach
>>11851922>better-than-bandai quality for $15lmao
>>11851922Blokees are absolute trash
>>11851948I don't know why they didn't do this sooner. It's a good way to get comic style characters out there while there interest is high. I'll probably grab BOMMERANG. I prefer his more modern costume but I don't hate his classic one either.
>>11851940>fragile model kitsI've built probably 50 model kits by now starting from August of last year. From Bandai to Blokees to Kotobukiya to even chinese original IPs, haven't broken a single thing. The only "people" who think model kits are fragile are retard fatties with fat ugly brown fatty hands. The same fatties to who also break figuarts and mafex wrist pegs, I bet
>>11851954>I don't know why they didn't do this sooner.they've done it numerous timesThe comic-based Purple Man and Typhoid Mary figures came out suspiciously close to their appearances in the Netflix shows, as an example
>>11851959True, same with the Bullseye/Muse set that came out this year for Born Again. I just think there is added benefit of using movie packaging to tie it into the movie release. It is also a good way to put off doing an actual wave based on the movie itself until they get more finalized designs from Marvel/Disney since normally, if they get figures out in time to tie in for their movie, they're usually based off non screen accurate concept art.
>>11851955i collect gunpla you retard, i know the fragility of model kits and they're not like action figures.
>>11851955Why do you turn this thread into a house of lies?
>>11851975It's a weird desperation to make Hasbro look bad. He's the same guy lamenting about the Jada figs too. He's trying so hard to convince everyone to not buy Hasbro products. It's so forced and weird.
>>11851965translation = youre a snapshitter with fat retard hands and break shit
>>11851984You're trying too hard bud.
>>11851986didnt deny it tho
>>11851987I'm not even that guy, but no, when I used to do models I wasn't just a snapshitter. A even submitted a couple of builds to various group builds over on /m/s gunpla thread.
>>11851622Nice. My punisher should arrive next week.>>11851767Post your toys retard or stfu.
>>11851786Their shoulders aren’t actually butterflies, they are ball like the waist so they can move freely in any direction.
>>11851769You can supplement the marvel universe 3.75 inch line with some of the old figures from the toybiz 5 inch linesObviously they're old and don't articulate or look as good as newer figures, but for some characters it might be your only choice
>>11852121Grande is right.
>>11851898>>11851892No wonder I never get the hands (or any accessories that actually factory shipped with something) from loose, second-hand figure purchases
>>11852121The difference in scale is too large in between a 3.75 fig and that larger 5" fig. Thanks anyway !
>>11851694I do, though most of my recent pick ups were things I splurged on for my birthday and I'm trying to cut back for at least the rest of the month (but I say that almost every month).>>11851895I'd say too bad there's no ML Kane to complete the line-up, but I kind of don't blame Hasbro on that one.
>>11851491I want the classic iron man and captain america we’ll see in the movie
>>11851491Make them all, Hasbro. Every single one should at least have three variants.Do it, faggot, I dare you.
He's a big guy
>>11852173Honestly, if a figure comes with alternate parts then at least a little ziplock baggy should be standard in the pack to keep everything together.
>>11852299Ollies would welcome it
>>11852316Personally, I prefer the plastic tackle boxes you get at Bass Pro shop to store accessories. I usually group stuff like teams together, for example, I have one spot allocated for all the Astonishing X-Men's different heads and hands. It works well enough. Although sometimes, if I'm looking for a specific part, it can be a pain if I don't know which box it's in. I have like eight boxes full now. Takes me like a year and a half or so to fill one.
Marvel OP is such a fucking cuck.
>>11851786Lockjaw, Abomination, and Nemesis/Holocaust lookin' good.
>>11852227For larger characters like kingpin, he's undersized for the 5 inch scale to be able to fit on a regular card back, so they may still fitI've seen pictures of people doing exactly what I suggested, with Nimrod from the X-Men being a specific example of a bigger guy fitting with the 3.75 inch figures
Talking about what wolverines we had last thread I said I had this pack but found out I didn't. Had to fix that so thank you ebay. Brand new for 30 bucks.
>>11852580
>>11852581Did you know some colors in POM do not have a PVC equivalent and are thus impossible to match?
>>11852588Maybe they should use a different color then
>>11852591Maybe you should be more realistic in your expectations for mass produced products.
>>11852581That's OK. He's already worth almost 20 more than I paid. I didn't buy him to look at his meaty thighs
>>11852581You have autism
>>11852594Holy shit the bootlicking is unreal.
>>11852606>Hurr durr if you don't get unreasonably upset over this minor nitpick you're a bootlicker You need a hobby sister. You're not going to convince anybody to stop buying Marvel Legends. Give it a rest.
THE DREAMISDEAD!
>>11852606That's nothing compared to the MCU's heyday. These days we only get like one mass replying shill every two days or so. Seems they downsized that department as well.
>>11852363Get the fuck out of my thread.
Holy shit, stop talking to yourself!
>>11852606You don't buy toys
>>11852621>At last... FREEDOM!>Now behold my mighty hand!
>>11852647>my mighty hand which is mismatched with my other hand!
>>11852654>mismatched with my other hand!Wut? I'm not sure what you're complaining about. The paint is matching on both hands.
>>11852654>fake outrage complaining about the hands being in different positionsReally sad bro. The hate towards Hasbro around here is so forced.
>>11852591That's wolverines color
>>11852647They needed to give him fist hands
Free will is a privilege, not a "right"!>>11852647Nice! I had low expectations for him in terms of articulation because of how old he is and he is a bit of a brick, but I love the way he looks. I still think the design and concept for Onslaught are pretty strong despite how quickly off the rails everything with him went. Also, I missed out on the initial preorders, so thanks again to the anon who mentioned seeing him briefly back in stock on the Target site. I probably could have gotten one in store eventually, but I appreciate being saved the effort and not having to wait for him.
Those who thought Onslaught would not sell out were wrong. Such is the power of the disaster from the 1996 X-men pilaster.
>>11852725Has he hit stores yet? I haven't made it to Target in over a week, and my store hadn't reset yet.
>>11851913was the big red bar at the bottom that says "Comic Edition" not enough of an indication?
>>11852746No, because it means they chose not to release a movie version, same with Scorpion. The Hulk and Spider-man for the movie could also pass as comic style figures.
>>11852748Spider-Man and Hulk are technically not screen accurate to the movie and it's more than likely Hasbro only based them off of concept art in order to get them out in time for the movie. It's actually kind of nice to have tie in merch actually out for the movie release. As for other releases, it's a good chance that they'll do the villains in a wave down the line. Spidey villains always sell, even MCU ones. Just because they're doing comic tie ins to the movie, doesn't mean movie figures are completely off the table.
>>11852748>No, because it means they chose not to release a movie versionNo it doesn't
>>11852748>The Hulk and Spider-man for the movie could also pass as comic style figures
>>11852768Why do so many of the people on this site get so upset at essentially nothing?
>>11851898Thanks for the pics. I do have all the characters I need from what I see on your pics. Good luck selling !
>>11852816>so upsethe called you a retard, get over it
>>11852833I didn't really clarify, but I agree with him. I was more asking why the guy he responded to got upset over essentially nothing. I didn't really convey that though so my bad.
>>11851965Blokees are barely model kits, they're just unassembled action figures for the most part. They're nothing like gunpla.
>>11852647That's a cool Deadpool
>>11852885No, they're more gunpla than action figures. Action figures aren't hollow.
>>11852840Good. I accept your concession.
>>11852913You’ll accept my nut
>>11852885 And that's a good thing.
>>11852833You replied to someone else.
>>11852885they're still flimsier than action figures
>>11852945even imports?
>>11852951I wouldn't consider import figures to be action figuresI would consider marvel legends to be action figures
>>11852957Why wouldn't an import be an action figure? You're not one of those nerds that calls your toys collectibles do you? Same energy as the dorks that have to call their comic books graphic novels.
>>11852991>Why wouldn't an import be an action figure?Because it would break if an 8 year old dropped it
which other figure has the same or very similar colored hands? Retarded how he doesn't come with a second pair.
>>11852993So? That doesn't make it not an action figure.
>>11852997yes it does, that would specifically be the difference between a figure and an action figurethe action figure can withstand action, a figure, such an import or some kind of wooden marionette or stop-motion articulated character or posable maquette used in the special effects process of a motion picture
>>11853001This is a retarded standard that you just made up so you can argue.
>>11853001How fragile do you think imports are? As long as they're not throwing them against a wall or stomping on them, regular play isn't going to break them. The main reason imports are labeled as 15+ is because they come with smaller parts.
>>11853005>you're retarded for thinking marvel legends are for 10 year olds but mafex aren'tokay
>>11852346That is a good system, and if it works for you then it works, but it still means you have to go out and buy the thing to store the accessories in. Including a little baggy with the figure at least means you can put the head and hands from a particular figure in the baggy, and then you can put all those baggies in a larger container, either by themselves or with figures you're not currently displaying. You can even write the figure name on the baggy so that you can know immediately which figure they belong to.
New Hulk headsculpts for the SHF fig. They look the best ones for any brand (imo) to date
>>11853121another pic
SHF Gamerverse Cap or nah?
>>11851491This is gonna be a fucking mess. Looks like shit, too. The Russos are overrated.
Get hype for Jedi Lunch Lady Mystique guys. Her ML is gonna fly off the fucking shelves.
>I know what we need to do... X-CORP!fucking reallyanyway hope we get some new x-men figures out of this shit at least
>>11853171As a big fan of Astonishing and New X-Men I really did enjoy this episode. I liked how they adopted the Danger arc of Astonishing, even having Xavier be the one to pull Emma's Sentinel trick during freshman orientation. Also, it was nice seeing the school now start going by the Xavier School for Higher Learning like from New X-Men instead of the Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters.
>>11853157I know Rebecca Romijn isn't a spring chicken anymore, but they didn't have to bull-dyke her up like that.
>>11853157>>11853202Women in the MCU have not been allowed to show any skin at all for years, it's pretty remarkable.
>>11853202At 53, I can understand why she wouldn't feel comfortable basically walking around naked for an entire movie or, hell, even just wanting to not spend all that time in the makeup chair anymore. At the same time, if you have to make that many concessions with the look of the character to accommodate the actor or actress, then maybe just recast at that point. Also, they shouldn't have bothered with the white outfit if they weren't gonna do the skulls.
>>11853226>they shouldn't have bothered with the white outfit if they weren't gonna do the skullsThis.
>to me and let’s have sex with menEx men have always be faggot shit
>>11853230I started randomly rewatching Evo last week and even they knew. Though going back to that show, I greatly appreciate the balance they were able strike between resembling the aesthetics of the Fox movies while also looking not too far afield from the classic X-Men costumes.
>>11853236Whoops, forgot my image.
>>11851491Man that was lame as fuck. I wonder how Secret Wars will turn out.
>>11853237Yeah, something in that vein should have been possible.
Honestly, I'm of the mindset that they should've got on with the recast years ago. The FoX- Men had two send offs already. The DP&W credits with The Time of Your Life playing was perfect for me. Everyone is just far too old now. Ian and Patrick are basically corpses at this point, the only thing even remotely hype about this AvX shit is seeing James Marsden in the Jim Lee suit.
>>11853236Evolution had some great costumes
>>11853308It really did. Every time Logan is onscreen I wonder how many more years I'll have to wait for a Legends of the orange suit. Also, something I didn't pick up on back in the day (because I didn't know who Onslaught was) is that whenever Magneto appears in the first season his helmet is shadowed and his eyes are the same color as Onslaught's. Nice little detail.
So this will finally give the ML guys an excuse to do the New X-Men outfits right? I know not a lot of people are fans of the looks, and I didn't like them much at the time, and was happier when they moved on to the Astonishing costumes, but, it could just be nostalgia, but the black and yellow jackets have grown on me over the years. I would like some figures of the X-Men in these looks. Hasbro, can you please announce them this weekend? Thanks.
are you ready for the absolutely fantastic reveals that Hasbro has in store at SDCC?
>>11853426Yes very excited for more MCU slop, 97 slop, inaccurate MvC characters, and versions of characters nobody asked for.
>>11853426If we get >>11853372, then yes, I'll be happy. I expect some of that though, I'm just hoping it isn't their time travel looks, but it's mostly gonna be MCU slop I can skip.>>11853437>versions of characters nobody asked foCasual detected
>>11853426Yessir! More tranny looking female figures please!
>>11853242I think a lot of us, they've been teasing a recast for 7 years now. The big problem is that thanks to a lot of the post-Endgame MCU stuff flopping and NWH being one of their few recent hits thanks to nostalgia, they've become afraid of moving on from the Fox cast. It's now one of the big selling points of Doomsday that the Fox cast will interact with the MCU, and along with bringing RDJ and Chris Evans back all it does is highlight how desperate Marvel is to get asses in seats.
>>11853471It's pretty sad. They should just reboot the entire MCU at this point. Go back to basics. I watched the new trailer and just felt nothing. Not even anger or distaste or even apathy. Just nothing. I won't be going to see it.
>>11853480I have to admit the Fox cast does make me curious just to see what they do, plus I liked Alan Cumming as Nightcrawler so I do want to see him again. I'm still not sure I want to pay to see it though, so I might just wait until a non-cam version shows up on the usual sites.
>>11853426I just hope Medicom shows their Yelena by the end of the month.
>>11853485I have a fat stack of Harkins movie passes I get from work, and even then, I probably won't go.
>>11853480It reeks of desperation. The trailer didn't even show anything exciting or say what is even going on in the slightest. I assume it's the incursion plotline due to Secret Wars coming up, but they really show nothing that exciting visually, just past heroes using powers we've already seen. It feels like this is solely made to sell people based on actors coming back alone rather than the story, the setup or anything else.
>>11853480>>11853535Yeah, that "trailer" is more like teaser of a teaser of a teaser. It's just random scenes (doom stopping Thor's hammer, shangchi vs gambit, etc) mixed with old movies (BP2, thunderbolts, etc) and previous teasers (cyclops, steve rogers, prof x, magneto). It just looks so random. Idek if they have a complete script yet
>>11853426I just want a big Mangog or even a Moleman and giganto.
>>11853198I wasn't expecting to get all those New X-Men kids plus Doop. Good episode too, I liked their take on Danger and that Xavier was the accidental asshole this time regarding her creation. Also, Havok's a fucking bitch, but that's nothing new.>>11853372I've always been a fan of New X-Men and those outfits and would love to get some Legends figures based on them. It was also cool to see Kurt get one of those suits in the new episode, since he never appeared in that run (though it's just his suit from the Icons mini with yellow highlights).
>>11853535>>11853547Yeah, I'm just not feeling the Incursion sotryline mixed in with AvX. And I generally enjoyed Hickman's Avengers run. But I just don't feel it this way. It really does feel like it's just a cameo "hey 'member Magneto, 'member Cyclops" fest with the actual story being tacked on later. They really did learn all the wrong lessons for NWH and Deadpool vs Wolverine, which aren't really that great on subsequent rewatches tbqh. DPvW a little moreso, but NWH is kinda rough on a second watch through. Especially the parts where they clearly pause to wait for the theater crowd to cheer and freak out like when Andrew and Tobey first show up. It's weird tbqh.
>>11853559It's fine
>>11853157>it's just like her comic outfit!
>>11853615except without all the lewd
>>11853643Her comic outfit really isn't that lewd imo
>>11853649All you’d even have to do to tone down the sexuality is to make it a regular dress instead of a skirt and it would look 10 times better than the MCU shit. The people who design these costumes just hate comic books.
>>11853649Any amount of thigh = lewd to the modern puritan leftist sensibilities
>>11853656Why do you think they hate comics at their core?
>>11853694lmao you guys are so over dramatic over the fact that she doesn't show a little thigh. Holy shit
>>11853708hush, tourist
>>11853708>over the fact that she doesn't show a little thighThat, and the lack of shoulder, and the lack of skulls, and the shitty hairdo, and the continued use of thick padding and seam lines that plagues every other modern live action superhero costume, and the fact that the character is only in the movie to serve as a nostalgia bait cameo.
>>11853708Tell us why you don't like comics, anon?
>>11853729>You don't like comics if you think people are overreacting to her not showing off her thighJesus bruh, get a grip. I agree with >>11853718's points, I just think the complaints regarding her costumes "lewdness" when in the comics it's barely lewd at all, are overblown. I do think the biggest issues stems from Rebecca Romijn being too old now for the role. Honestly, they're all too old for the roles now, but that's beside the point.
>>11853753>Honestly, they're all too old for the roles nowYou're tellin me
>>11853760Rolling
Fug
Looks like you can get the Bullseye heads on to Dark Hawkeye. It was a tight fit but it popped on.
>>11853157kek she really does look like some extra out of Slop Wars. Can't even give her the little skulls, they might spook the Chinese. Guess it's all the same Disney™ Lifestyle Brand anymore.
>>11853859this doesn't look like electronics or the toy aisle. What mysterious land is this?
>>11853909Sometimes Target sets up displays in random parts of the store. This could also be at one of the newly remodeled Targets. One of the ones in my city is currently getting remodeled, they have a whole new look. I don't really like it.
>>11853924Seems like a bad idea since people aren't going to look for a product in a location they don't normally find it at.
>>11853986The idea is not to have people look for it, it's that they'll stumble across it while looking for something else and make an impulse buy. Doesn't look like its been working for the Rivalslop though.
>>11853909This looks like a Target that has a dedicated Disney section, usually it's between the toy aisle and the children's books
>>11853909It's the Disney Store in Target. Some stores have them.
>>11853992>Doesn't look like its been working for the Rivalslop though.It...it literally got stocked that day.
>>11854046NTA but scalpers should've bought it all in a few minutes
what do we think of these single jointed knees/calf rotation for the zelda figs?should this make the jump to legends?
>>11854078Absolutely not, it is significantly better to straight up slice the calf in half directly through the sculpt on the off chance that the mold gets reused for a character with boots that no one cares about
>>11854050What a stupid thing to say
>Zelda, Link & Ganonwow a fucking good character selection for a new lineif this was jada it would be Zelda, Goro and a Darknut
>>11854094I think they learned from some recent bombs to just do the main guys and pull out
>>11854094I’ll defend jadas wave selection. Fuck their production time tho.
>>11854078It probably won't warp instantly under its own weight like AbominationBut I don't know how much that knee bends
>>11854094Everything is dull and ugly about these designs even the boxes. Fuck I hope they don’t fuck up on ocarina.
>>11854109You're wrong about everything
>>11854094These things just look like shit in dull product lighting. I'm curious how these will actually look when I take them outside
>>11854109they're looking good for such boring designs. who cares about the boxes.I would've never gotten these if figma and jakks were the only choices. now I can finally touch Zelda's feet.
Duhhhhh gosh I wonder if the put anything plum new in dar
>>11854078No, Hasbro, it should not, as it has shit range and you need to stop baiting for worse articulation. You have a thigh cut and a boot cut, you don't need a knee cut too.
>>11854078Depending on the design of the leg, yeah. For baggy pants like Ganondorf has, I don't see an issue, as long as it gets past 90 which thankfully, most single jointed knees can do if they do it right.
>>11854121Head sculpt looks very digitally enhanced in this shot, hard to trust. And the right arm looks laughably long as well
>>11854134GAMMA CRUSH!!
>>11854132Her face looks like it was made out of silly putty. I was afraid I would have to buy these but thankfully my fears have been put to rest. They look as abominable and low effort as the DND cartoon figures or the Indiana Jones line.
>>11854138It kinda just looks like it has a light pointed at it in a pleasing way But yeah that's why I'll wait until I can see it in person
>>11853372I'd rather have the animated space suits than those garbage. Especially when people bitch about Jim Lee jackets and then say this looks good.
Mondo Lizard
>>11854184
>>11854187
>>11854184I've gotta wonder how long this 1/6th nonsense can continue. Are there really that many people who want 1/6th representations of secondary characters like Lizard?
>>11854222Why do you retards even say stuff like that? There's a whole world out there that isn't you and your bedroom. Of course there's people out there that want this shit. It wouldn't have gone on this long if there wasn't.
>>11854223when you think about how big 1/6th stuff is though it seems the space would be best used for more central characters
>>11854232No this >>11854223 guy is right. That was a fucking retarded thing to say. Not considering any other person in the world but the one they see in the mirror
>>11854134Lotta rape going on in those dungeons
>>11854222>>11854232lack of villains is my main barrier for other company's linesI would've gotten mafex daredevil by now if they'd done a bullseye
>>11854232Since when is The Lizard not a central character?
>>11854241Buddy you're talking to someone who has never heard of Hot Toys
>>11854222>secondary characters like LizardWhile I do think its crazy that they haven't released a Green Goblin in this line yet, calling Lizard a secondary character is insane, he's rogues gallery royalty.
Notice what didnt sell out at the end of the night. Pegwarming exclusives lol.
>>11854472Sour grapes
>>11854472all of the sdcc exclusives were especially bad this year
They know what faces you coomers want.
>>11854490Damn it.
>>11854490they even give you a target to aim for, fucken based bandai.
>>11854490The face is the worst part, even more than the atrocious articulation
>>11853157>Rewrites every trace of sapiens from her DNA>Becomes just a dumb animal What is this writing... or just the logic behind it
>>11853157Wow that is incredibly lame. Could have at least made the blues on the suit match her skin tone to give it the illusion. And she couldn't have worn blue leggings either? I'm so tired of this. The irony is the actresses always show off as much, if not, more skin in their social media posts than their characters do in the books.
>>11854472NiceMaybe we'll actually be able to get them easily online
>>11854251He looks like a plant man. Too vascular.
>>11854490The face is the best part, even more than the kino articulation.
>>11854184Too bad I'm not a 1/6 guy, because is exactly what I'd want The Lizard in my collection to look like.
>>11854472>85 for a meme tripackI can see why it's not selling out>another hoverchair after the rerelease of the deluxe
ass debunked
>>11854716Canceling my preorder
>>11854536Probably not even in the top 10 worst ideas to be used in the last 30 years of x-book plots.
Here's the Mafex reveals for July.
>>11854184those dopey ass faces on the left are gold, I’d definitely get this if I was into 1/6 stuff.
>>11853909>>11853859>>11853924They are getting rid of those Fake Wood cubby holes by Electronics for the 'adult collector' lines like NECA and Fall Out, so these types of displays are where that stuff, the McFarlane stuff like animated and retro carded DC, Bandai and Funko are going here, next to books, LPs, dedicated displays for things like Pokemon or specific events like the final season of Stranger Things. So all those fake wood things are gone or going. Those MLs and the low end McFarts were probably just put there temporarily while they moved and reset what they are now calling their Superhero aisle (or aisles). So those overhead displays with Marvel and DC are also gone. The Disney Stores inside Target should still look like those have and should still have that or similar Disney branding.I have none near me so that hasn't come up when I talk to the toy leads. So no honest clue about the Disney store specific shit. But this photo isn't that.
>>11854241Have you ever seen a villain listed as one of the mains in a piece of media? It's almost always the heroes
>>11854883>Have you ever seen a villain listed as one of the mains in a piece of media?Yes. All the time.In movies, when the villain's will be like third billed on the poster, if not higherIn comics, when a villain will be typically share equal focus with the hero on the cover, if not sometimes more focus than the hero, as well as entire story arcs sometimes being named after villains
>>11854926AVENGERS: DOOMSDAYSPIDER-MAN: The Bumbling Foolishness of the Lizard
>>11854843not even good mcu picls
>>11854472Love seeing 1:12 garbage fail in real time. Eat shit. The pros of everything being so fucking expensive is that this is gonna happen more and more.
>>11854472I don't understand why they made the TAS Professor X a con exclusive
>>11855020Hello new ROSS 2pack.
>>11855020Give me Forceworks Wanda you fuckers!
Big challenge to the thrid party cloth cape scene
>>11855052What spawn is this
>>11855020>>11855038So they completely locked up the arms with a plastic sleeve instead of just sculpting a new set?
>>11855055Unless its a soft plastic overlay maybe
>>11855052he looks like he's going "why is my cape like this?"
>>11855020>>11855038>>11855052They look pretty good imo, but I'm just not a fan of this era of the Avengers. That cape is pretty cool though, no doubt.
>>11855052a challenge to fix more of hasbro’s shit? Yeah they’ll take it
>>11855060That'll look like shit when the arm is bent, just look at any WWE figure with rubber elbow pads. It's a cheap and lazy solution
Good news bad newsMailed back my USAgent for a replacement todayBad news: my Psylocke cam in the mail and has TWO paint scratches on the painted mask part of the face. So again, got to do another return. This is super insane as I've never had this problem before with Amazon orders

>>11855139>hurr durr if you don't throw a big baby temper tantrum about minute things, you work for HasbroCould you just not be a little bitch, for SDCC?

Are People even happy in these threads or they dislike whatever these companies put out.All i see People complain.
>>11855150Are your stocks dropping after the lackluster preview night reactions?
>>11855202I like Visions cape
>>11855202I like to believe that for the most part, people are relatively happy with the figs we get. We do have several posters that regularly post their figures in their dioramas and what not. The vast majority of the negativity I've realized comes from just a handful of very vocal agitators that come out and rage about every little thing they can. Who knows why they do this, but they're really annoying and mustn't be very pleasant to be around in real life.
>>11855202>>11855215I like plenty of what I get, but a lot of it is very rightfully criticized. Weird sculpts, outdated engineering, bad qc, cheap repaints, exorbitant prices, the list goes on. These are products, they sell them for money. We know they can do good work, they just choose not to most of the time.
>>11855202It's just OP constantly stirring shit.
>>11855215 >>11855225I have my own thoughts on action figures but i Don't complain about it like a moron. The action figure community can sometimes be toxic especially on YouTube.
>>11855251>i Don't complain about it like a moronYes never let your opinions on things be known, keep all thoughts to yourself, things will certainly have a chance to change and improve that way
>>11855253Do you honestly think bitching on 4chan is going to do anything? No one here can do anything about it. Hasbro certainly doesn't come here to listen to you whine. If you think your bitching to random strangers on 4chan is going to change anything, you have brain worms.
>>11855259>bitching on 4chanThere are other websites, you know.
>>11855272If you think bitching ANYWHERE on the internet is going to change how these action figures are produced you are severely mentally defective and should've been euthanized at birth. You're not going to convince Hasbro to change anything by whining online. You're not going to change anyone's mind by whining online. Just shut the fuck up already you stupid little faggot.
>>11855284I think you have autism if you think people only ever complain in an attempt to "change" things
>>11855291Anon, no one fucking cares about your opinion. You're free to have them but constantly complaining online just makes you an annoying little faggot. Get over yourself.
>>11855301I'm not the person you were arguing with.I'm just telling you, you have autism. And complaining about people complaining does not solve the "problem" you have. You're the one who needs to get over it, when you're telling people to be nicer.
>>11855308Ok, and it doesn't matter whether or not you were the one arguing with me or not (you were), regardless, bitching the way you little girls do about toys just makes you an annoying faggot. Get. Over. Yourself.
>>11855284>>11855301>>11855312It's always so easy to tell when someone's a troon from the way they type kek

>>11854490Why do people say her articulation is going to suck?
>>11855786cuz they already released Kefla and this is the same thinig
>>11855876I looked at Anthony's SHF Kefla review and that has single jointed elbows and knees and Psylocke looks to be double jointed.
>>11855876>>11855786>people talking out of their asses?!>ON 4CHAN?!!
Kaijudaddy says we’re getting mafex animated series spiderman? Is this true?
>>11855696> Dyke hair isn't needed
>>11856158no idiot it’s a wishlist.
>>11855225>bad qc, cheap repaints, exorbitant prices,These are the ones that get me. I have massively scaled back grabbing any Hasbro figures almost entirely because every time I get one, I feel ripped off just because of how much Hasbro is asking for these things. It'd be easier to tolerate if it wasn't so obvious that the justification for the constant price hikes weren't so blatantly bullshit.
>>11856159Do US cartoons still allow sexy women to be in them now?
>>11856175of course not
>>11856199You can become the Spider. Now with Hasbro.

>>11855055>>11855060>>11855108You can just move it back lol
>>11856290So fuck up the position of the sleeve and only get 45 degrees of movement? Idk, not even the biggest issue with this set. Her big ass head and long neck are worse. Not to mention Vision's complete lack of sauce compared to the source material. That fuck ass cape is a laughable attempt to emulate the cover art
>>11856307hawkeye is literally the only one that looks passable and they still haven't made him
>>11855301>it said, bitching on the internet about people's behavior that it wishes would change
>>11856307mmmm I want that thor and hawkeye
>>11856307Want that Thor so bad
>>11856307This is neat. Reminds me of Youngblood comic I use to see at the checkout lanes. Rob Liefeld really did influence the 90s comic scene a lot. After seeing more closer images of X97 Beast, I think I might go ahead and get him. I was worried the abs would look too small and squarish, but it looks okay enough. Still wich they had tones down the animated look to better match the other figures in the line.
>>11856459
>>11856459>>11856461My X-Collection leans animated, so I'm totally good with this as my Hank. Though after going back to 97 S1, I really wish the Sentinel had some kind of compartment in its chest to recreate this scene with him.

>>11856600That skin sucks, they would have been better off making blue Venom.
>>11856199Does it come with a talking button for impromptu 'exaggerated swagger of a black teen' narration?
