Reposting this here. I was really looking forward to this but it ended up being really disappointing. I don't care that much about the price, it would've been worth it to me if it came with good accessories and combination potential. But it doesn't. There's not a single new thing here, everything is recycled from some other clone.

I don't know anything about GI Joe but it looks like you can make some cool loadouts for the figure. But with the clone, the arc trooper gear is incomplete and doesn't match anything or make sense lore wise. And everyone already has a bunch of those blasters, they offer nothing new. There's all kinds of in universe clone weapons and gear that would've been cool to have but nope. Guess I will just stick to 3D printing accessories.

>>11853742I don't hate the idea necessarily but it's the execution maybe that isn't working. It feels like this is meant to be something for customizers and I like that approach for it. I would have nixed all of the unmaksed heads and DC-17m in favor of the soft goods kama and holsters and a jetpack. And maybe the hologram for a detonator/droid popper.

There is a healthy community of 3D print artists that have made a lot of better and far more useful accessories which you would be better off utilizing for whatever clone you want to make and there’s cheaper ways to get a 3.0 clone body.

I picked up Galen, what a seriously awesome figure. I tried to swap on a green lightsaber blade but it’s one with a notch on the lightsaber blade.

I think the break of the sculpt is a bit odd when the head is turned, but that's mainly because every Amanaman figure has always just had a solid, unjointed head and neck so I'm just not used to it. But I appreciate the functionality, especially since these things actually moved on screen instead of being basically statues in the background.
