I’ve got this figure/doll from the 80s or 90s (not totally sure) of a character from a Brazilian brand. He has some clothes, but they are super dirty and stained. how do I clean it?

btw I only know that this figure came from my grandfather's store, he used to own a sports and clothing shop. This little figure was used as a display item there. According to my mom, there were other figures like it, but this is the only one that survived.I’ve had it for so long and played with it a lot when I was a kid. It has survived for maybe 60 or 70 years around Brazil. Recently, I looked at it and thought, "man, I never really paid much attention to this." Now I want to bring it back to its original state, because looking at pictures of this same figure online, it looks completely different from mine.I don't know much about the brand itself, but I know it's a Brazilian brand because I looked it up using Google Lens.
