Megami Device is a big 1/12th pushing on being 1/11th and Frame Arms Girl is a big 1/11th pushing on 1/10th. You can squeeze them into clothes of those scales, but props made to scale will always look strange. One of the reasons the original Gourai and thus the Materia are so skinny is specifically so they could fit into doll clothes without looking too unnatural the way a more properly proportional doll would. Megami device doesn't care so much about that since they were made more to be cross compatible with m.s.g. and later mecha related products like hexagear.

American sites will also give peace of mind with shipping and not use some sketchy carrier like UniUni or Gofo.
