the owner of the mall didn't want ninja there because he thought the sight of nerds and shit would be an eyesore to the dead mall. It's weird bc they're opening up a round 1 arcade in there too so it would've been a feedfback loop of spending for that place.

Some similar shit happened with the riverside location, I think the frank and sons owners bullied the city into kicking them out of the norhtern ninja exchange that was planned last year
