Thanks for the kind words, I suppose, but it looks like my mind's been made up for me. An Affini showed up at my hab a short while ago and they told me that they're going to do all they can to facilitate "our adorable little love story," which apparently includes compiling me a small submarine on the aqua-ring and that they're going to chaperone me to it. There was no way I was telling them I wasn't going after that.

I'm still shit-scared at what I've gotten myself into but I guess I'll let you know how it goes.

Is it normal for the affini in your hab to all separately ask you if you've been brushing your teeth? It started gentle and seemingly friendly but yesterday one of them rang the doorbell and just said "say ahh."

I don't know how to handle it, it just felt like a lot of pressure so I opened my mouth and they brushed a vine along all my teeth and just... Left. I can't keep the hab computer from letting them in, why are they doing this? I've kept brushing almost every day!
