Explained pretty much everything almost without explaining it, the guards to the director's room were also albinos so she likely is related to them, and there was a flashback of her knowing Ganta as a kid so that also explains why she knows him, he simply forgot his childhood. Many such cases in anime forgetting childhood friends...though he may have forgotten more in general, not like he had parents at the trial and I think they said in episode 1 he forgot about the Red Hole incident. Now the mystery is why he was interacting with a supersoldier since Shiro just decimated all those guards and the watchtower, that isn't even blood powers anymore unless if it is the product of research and some internal use of it! Which she is vicious now, soon as the lullaby trigger stops she explodes! Still love her, but danger levels are rising fast and depending on how much of her personality remains Yoh might or might not be alright.I am going to have to tend to some things sadly for a good while, so I can't do another episode right now, if that is okay.
