Thats sucky to happen ratanon! Hope you’re rested. I myself didnt hit the gym as much, but it was due to not having access to the car, for the breaks. Before that happened, I did wake up, got all my stuff, and hit the gym thats 4 min away from work! Did my stuff, and was able to clock in on time!

Thank you! I feel bigger and stronger than I've ever been. The routines are also much higher volume than I'm used to. Most routines I'd follow would be 3 sets of 12 for 4 to 5 exercises. This routine is 4 to 5 sets of 15 for 6 or 7 exercises. Pic related, as that's how I've been feeling after I get home

Sup rat anon! Hope all is well. I did the as many reps as possible for the last set to todays routine, went by good! I do need to finish with lateral raises, and pullups (assisted). And HITT on the bike afterwards.

Thank you! Did lower today, got through most of it as well! Couldnt do hip abductions, since the one by work, doesnt have the machine sadly. And also skipped planks for time. Those I should do at home, especially at that length.

Should note too, I did the squats and hamstrings on the machine, since it was fairly light weight. Idk why moving the Romanian deadlifts from upper to lower reset it. But its whatever.
