Okay mates, I just realised that, if Rudy dies, and then Noelle realises that Susie lied to her about the dark world being a dream and that she actually did have healing powers this whole time, that is going to be a big fucking hit to Suselle. Even if Susie wasn't unjustified in lying to her about the dark worlds at the time, That's even if her powers never would've saved him in the first place. Noelle is still going to absolutely feel some kind of betrayal from Susie should that scenario play out. At the very least it would temporarily sink suselle.But I think the more interesting part of this equation, is how it would play tie in to the whole upcoming "liar revealed" moment between Kris and Susie, and her reaction to it all. It would probably give Susie a bit of a reality check in that she might not have as much of a right to crash out at Kris for not telling her everything, provided her reaction to Kris' secret Knight alliance is to go apeshit and feel betrayed.

She'll probably take Ralsei with her to set up Kris and Noelle as a party again for some time, which is something else foreshadowed by the game with Noelle having a lot of reactions to items from newer chapters. But it's almost certainly a narrative setup for her to decide to forgive Kris, try to understand the bigger picture, and fully commit to her reformation as a person.

I feel like, even after the adventure, anyone other than Noelle would just be willing to amuse Berdly's company at best, and the amount of tolerance he receives from his classmates would really depend on whether he's useful at the moment. I wrote a story before in which one of Berdly's weaknesses is to be dismissed or insulted bluntly. Crush his bravado (like Susie did after he failed Queen's light puzzles), and he becomes much more malleable.Another qt Deetee too! It makes me think, though. If she "saw" some of the heroes' journey telepathically from Ralsei's hat, does that mean she could have heard songs too? Does she know Ralsei's lullabies and such?...Does she know "Raise Up Your Bat" by heart?
