It also has less taxes.The new version has overinflated the costs of some options for no reason, stripped away some of the basic power of the ability and turned it into something you have to pay for, and split up some old upgrades into multiples that cost the same so now you have to pay double for what used to have a lower price. Drawbacks do allow you to have more points, but it just feels bad when most of the additions are things you could already do but more expensive.
