Except that the whole plot is about how they raise her child, meaning that even in the best case scenario, the child will grow old and die alone, since now she's the last of her kind. How could the writers blank on this? Are they really this stupid?From here, there'll be spoilers for the end.It turns out that the big bad evil corporation that killed Gigantron, revived her with the help of some cybernetics, making her into an RC controlled giant cyborg. In the end, she sheds the metal, and so the mother and the daughter get reunited... but wait. If both are female, then that didn't resolve the issue at all, they'll just go extinct anyway. The writers are still correctly labeled as stupid. Unless...Notice, how Ultraman was essentially a father to the small dragon. Technically, the three of them form a family. A father, a mother, and their child. Ultraman can even grow to roughly match Gigantron's size (when he's in his ultraman form). So, if it turns out that they are genetically compatible... ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°
